Best dental experience I’ve had EVER! As a military family we’ve seen our fair share of doctors and dentists all over the country- Bonnie Burton and entire staff are the BEST! Hands down!!!

From the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor- cannot say enough wonderful things about them!

Dr. Burton and her staff are fantastic! They are professional, kind, and courteous. I've never been mistreated or charged for something not done.

Since 2008, Dr. Burton and her team have become like family. My whole family has been seeing her and her team for over 10 years.

I never leave reviews, however, I just had to share my experience! Everyone here is so professional and so kind. Ro did a cleaning on me, and she was just incredibly gentle, but also made sure I was spotless. There are quite a few dentists in Lawton, but I am so glad I chose to come here. I would also recommend this for military families, it’s right off post, and Tricare Dental Program is accepted here :)

New to the area and called. They were able to get me in next day along with my 2 children for examine and cleanings. Very nice and personable on the phone. If their services are anything like their customer service, they will keep my ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Love Ms. Roe!! Bonnie is the best dentist! She’s funny honest and does a wonderful job!! I recommend 100% All the staff are kind and welcoming!!

Amazing place to go with great communication!They are always super friendly and calming. The only place i would go and take my kids. Very kid friendly you are welcome to accompany your child while they are having a cleaning or procedure. Great environment enjoy going here!

I'm having you make calls this is the only dentist office that was actually friendly on the phone letting me know how they're already backed up and unable to see me due to the coved-19 think you for being so nice.
I decided to leave this post with this dentist office because all the others in Lawton are very rude.

When we were stationed at Fort Sill in 2020, it took Dr. Burton 6 months to get my crown made and resized because she didn't clear the margins or check. I tried to wait out the 5 years to get it replaced so insurance would cover, but it was so sloppily done it impacted and broke my back molar. Adding photo of said crown that took her 6 months and told me this was "good enough." I got it redone in Colorado today, and they had to laser remove some of my gum because of the horrible application of the crown she did. Now it looks like an actual tooth and not a top hat. DO NOT GO TO HER.

Very sad to write this review as I’ve been coming since 2017 and always loved my experience. However, my hygienist (Ro) left and at my last cleaning I had someone new. She was very rough, and the entire process seemed rushed. I figured it was just a fluke. I had another appointment today, and it was like she couldn’t get me out of the chair fast enough. Didn’t ask if I had any issues, pain, didn’t even give me glasses. I was in and out in 25 minutes and told I couldn’t get another cleaning appointment until February 2024 because they’re short. Explains a lot…will be looking for a dentist elsewhere in Lawton sadly.

Recently had a temporary crown replaced with permanent crown. Tried to put permanent crown on without numbing ( did not have a root canal)….almost jump out chair. Disappointed

Update 11-17-2022, I found a new dentist due to issues with Dr. Burton dental work. Bottom Line Up Front, all the dental work that was done by Dr. Burton has to be redone period. My new dentist used one word to describe the work she completed (Sloppy).... Oversize fillings, overhangs, etc. every tooth she repaired in my month, (Sloppy). Please do your research before selecting this dentist. These are facts not complaints. Lastly, Dr. Burton is a very nice individual with a sense of humor.

Rude and greedy. Just because I missed an appointment, a receptionist or a dentist had a bad attitude. I apologized and was told that I would have to pay a $50 fee to reschedule. I calmly answered no, that's OK, and she hurriedly said, "We'll that's fine, k bye," and then hung up. Never again, I swear.

I was supposed to have extractions done before Miss Burton went to have hip surgery , they left me hanging for 3 months. with no calls or regard to what I was going through. then when I called back she told me she would have me put on a list and then never did give me a call back & would not let me speak to any other staff.

I visit this office in November with a tooth ache was told I would have to return in 30 days later in December to see some other Dentist that use her office from Duncan to check my tooth cause I MIGHT (I don’t like that word Might if your a professional dentist you should know what needs to be done) need a root canal in which Dr Burton can not do. So they gave me penicillin to take until my December appointment. I show up for my December appointment to be told the dentist is not there and they can make me another appointment 30 day later in January 2021. This was a 60 day waste of my time looking for a New dentist.
