Shoe Carnival

Recently I had to find shoes that would work with my new brace. It is the first time I had to shop with a brace, so I had no experience what to buy. Austin in the Lawton shop helped me and I was blown away with his customer service. He was very knowledgeable and infinitely patient. Without his expert assistance I probably would have given up in frustration. I recommend Austin and Shoe Carnival highly. Thank you Austin.

Excellent customer service when I go. Great coupons for members in store and online. I work a a local hospital and needed a new pair of really comfy shoes I can stand and walk in all day. I just bought a pair of FILA Slip-Resistant women's work shoes with memory flux that were $69.99 and with a 30% off instore coupon that was good for Sunday March 11th only and with a $10.00 off coupon that was added to my member account already, I just got them for $39.00!! Great deals, easy parking, very helpful employees, great shoes!

Ordered online, need a different size, took it to the store and they ordered it and had it shipped to my house, with no shipping charges!
