As a first-time customer (courtesy of GY), I was not disappointed. Skye lives up to her title as a Fit Specialist. She has the patience of a saint. 5 boxes and 2 insoles later, I found my perfect fit. I will be shopping there again soon.

I am a first time Red Wings customer. Absolutely love my boots! They are extremely comfortable and I finally see what all the hype is about. That alone would have made me a return customer. But, the associate who helped me in the original sale is named Cybil. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and overall pleasant. I purchased my boots (Rio-Flex) which are safety toe work boots approximately 2 weeks ago. Yesterday while on a job site the toe of my right boot got snagged on a piece of rebar and it tore through the toe of my boot (not the safety toe thank God, but the leather). Oh no I thought, there goes my new $300 boots. Being a first time customer I knew that Red Wings have a warranty, so I figured I'd call Cybil. I explained what happened and she looked up my sale and said no problem, she'd replace the boots! So I drove the 45 minute drive still wondering what the catch was, but upon arrival Cybil already had my boots pulled and waiting for me!!! I will say this, I am blown away! Not only by the quality of the boots but, most of all the level of customer service that I received from Cybil! Red Wings and Cybil, you have a customer for life and if my options matters in the slightest, Cybil is a keeper!

Great store with a good selection of a high quality product. The staff are very helpful and actually believe in the product they sell. If they don't have your size in the store Donovan ( store mngr ) will do his best to find it for you as quickly as possible. The customer service is top notch. I don't think you can find a better quality boot/shoe anywhere.

TERRIFIC PRODUCT, TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE:
I’ve been a Red Wing customer for a little over a year now. I’ve been to various Red Wing store locations across the Midwest and East Coast- this has been by far my most positive customer service experience, which is saying a lot since Red Wing as a company seems to only employ the most passionate and positive people to own franchises and run their stores.

On the products:
I own two pairs of Red Wing boots (Silversmith and women’s Iron Ranger) and just recently ordered a third. I’ve bought two belts and a variety of other accessories and care products. the Silversmith is my favorite and I wear the boots every. single. day. The break-in process was difficult but after a week of nonstop walking the boots out I prefer nothing else.

On the Lawton, OK location:
The management is extremely accommodating, understanding, and exceptionally positive. The manager and sales rep working were extremely polite, listened to my needs as a customer and had a plethora of personal experience with the products. Their product knowledge is specifically noteworthy. They were sporting their current favorite Red Wing boots and could give me detailed care instructions and tips. Their passion for the product and company showed while interacting with customers. I truly appreciate this team and the work they put in to help me sort out my order information. I have had nothing but good luck/experience with Red Wing as a company and this store really takes the cake. Thank you management and hard working sales team!

Best customer service of any footwear purchase I’ve ever made. I’ve used their 30 day comfort guarantee multiple times and they’ve never acted as if it was a nuisance for me to keep coming back until I found the perfect fit. I’ve also used their 1 year waterproof warranty in the past and they replaced them without question. Other boot sellers act like they’re God to who they’re selling boots to, always taking a customer is always wrong attitude. RedWing has never treated me this way. Will be a customer for life. Associate’s name was Donovan, great help.
