Omni Oklahoma City Hotel

I had a flat tire when my car was returned me and the valet staff was INCREDIBLE! Billy immediately started changing the tire while Phillip and Jared assisted and made sure I filled out a claim form. These guys were simply amazing. I wish I could do more than write a glowing review. I just can’t say enough about the Omni valet staff. Helpful, friendly, and funny.

I have been to many Omni hotels and resorts, and I must say, this is one of the best ones! Rachele is great to book with at the spa for a facial, the amenities are clean and user friendly, and overall the staff is nice. There was one front desk lady who was rude during one of my stays, but other than that, everything is great! I did enjoy the first room and bathroom I had during my first stay with them. The latest rooms I have been given does not have the best view or walk in shower that I enjoyed.

We stayed here for our 21st anniversary. They had strawberries and chocolates waiting in the room when we checked in. The hospitality at the Omni is just beyond wonderful! Every person we've come in contact with was amazing! Thank you for a great experience!

Very convenient location if you are going to the Paycom Center. The staff there are very friendly. The view from the hotel is amazing. While there we are at two of the restaurants which both had amazing food. Room was clean, efficient. The pool/hot tub area has amazing view. The pool is heated which makes it nice being on the roof too. The coffee shop had friendly staff, great coffee and huge blueberry muffins that also was delicious!

This hotel has such an elegant and cozy feel. The staff were helpful and nice. The room was ready and clean.

The room decor and bathroom tile/fixtures are modern, put together very well. Room service was timely, with great portion sizes and tasted so good! Inside the hotel there is a coffee shop, store, Bob's Steak and Chop House, bar and another restaurant.

The location was great because the Paycom Center is right across the street. Great way to go to an event or game and stay overnight. No hassle about fighting traffic or crowds, just head to the corner and cross the street.

Wish our stay was longer, so I will definitely be returning.

Very nice hotel walking distance from most desired locations. Right next door to the Oklahoma City Convention Center with easy access. Good restaurants onsite. Refrigerator in room. Clean and well lit. Friendly employees and staff. Check it out.

Amazing place! We reserved online for one night and when arrived the Valet gentleman was nice and also the 2 man that pick up our suitcases as well!..Our room is very clean!!(and that the first thing I look into before going to any hotel! This was our first time staying here! and We will definitely have to come back again one day!! The receptionist was sweet and check in fast and also welcoming us very warming as it was our first time here!! Amazing Hotel! This hotel should be a 5-star hotel!!

I rarely give hotels five stars, but this one deserves it. Great facilities, nice rooms and nice location {considering it's Oklahoma City). Perfect place to stay for the arena.

Great restaurants inside. Only gripe is public parking is via a 3rd party garage on the inconvenient side of the building and valet is over 30 bucks a night, plus tip.

We only used the valet but they were top notch and super fast!! The girl working at the register I believe her name was Kiaha was super sweet and professional!! Will definitely park my car there again!

The Omni staff is outstanding. My check-in process was easy, convenient, and accommodating. I arrived early for an event and they were able to get me into my room early.
Valet/parking was a pleasant experience. Dante handled my vehicle and bags without hesitation.
I would gladly come back to the Omni in the future.

Check-in and check-out were seamless. Everything was great in my room, and the staff that served and assisted with the conference at the hotel were extremely professional and helpful. The food and drinks were great too! I enjoyed sitting in the lobby and mingling with my colleagues - what great spaces available for socializing and relaxing! Overall a top-notch hotel, and the price was more than fair.

I along with 4 close friends celebrated my birthday here. The staff is incredible. They went above and beyond for me. Accepting things on my behalf that arrived before I did. Were very very attentive to all of our request. No matter how random, from a literal microwave to multiple sets of silverware lol. The cleanliness and capable electronics were a great addition. Would 100 percent recommend the on-site spa. My prescriptive full body massage that was 60 minutes and included reflexology was absolutely amazing.

I was at the bar in the lobby and the heel of my boot came off! April is an angel! She found me some gorilla glue to attach it back on. She was SO great! God bless you April. Stay at this hotel. MORE than accommodating.

Jakob in valet was awesome he took care of our family and provided excellent service. Rooms are clean, beds comfy make sure to ask for foam pillows as normal pillows don’t cut it.

Overall stay at the Omni was a positive experience for the family. Associates were helpful and service was great. When returning to OKC we will stay at the Omni again.

Ms Sondra went WAY over and above to assist me with my hearing impaired son today!!! She is a superior employee!!!! Thank you Sondra from one mama to another!!! 😉

This is one of my favorite Omni hotels. The rooms are all new and modern. The rooftop pool and lounge area are beautiful, west facing and relaxing. The gym is great. Bob's Chophouse is a gem inside the hotel. Ask for Spencer, Madison or Kelly at the bar for great service.

The valet service was great! Jared and Billy definitely did NOT run me over with my own car 😁
