Dr. Lennon has been exceptional. I've consistently visited her since 20 weeks due to being high risk. I value her thoroughness in labs and ordering additional tests. Now at 36 weeks, I've had no issues. She was originally recommended by many people and this is how I became a patient. Kind of funny, but even my hygienist had good things to say about Dr. Lennon. Small world. The staff is generally friendly and efficient in check-ins/outs, which aids in scheduling future visits. While some complain about wait times, it's essential to understand that doctors may be summoned for emergency C-sections and deliveries, beyond their control. I experienced a wait due to her being called for an emergency C-section. I know our appointments are important but she’s one person and can’t be everywhere at once.

It does take a long time to get back into a room sometimes, but shes such a great doctor. Always makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to explain things to me. Plus shes always wearing the cutest shoes.

This office is a joke!
After waiting for over 2 hours I finally just walked out. I'm new to the area and just can't believe how they run this place and the staff act like rude zombies. I've had appointments canceled on me but they don't inform me till I show up at the window. Every appointment it's always about a hour or longer till they call me back. I end up with car trouble call them to see if I can still be seen that I'll be about 20 minutes late they tell me I have to reschedule. I show up to my rescheduled appointment waited over 2 hours and let them know I'm done. I'm high risk and this is suppose to be a high risk doctor but she can never seem to see me. I explain all this before walking out and everyone looks at me dumbfounded the doctor didn't even have anything to say and she was standing right there!

I’ve lost 2 babies under her care. Yes I’m high risk so I would be seen weekly with ultrasounds every visit. I have incomplete cervix which needs to be monitored the 1st baby it was monitored but she didn’t mention how fast my cervix was shortening water broke at 17 weeks. This last pregnancy last year I was scheduled to get my cervical stitch at 12 weeks she called and canceled the morning of my surgery and I lost my baby the next day and with no remorse she said well guess we should of just did your surgery yesterday. And to top it off I was given some kind of infection from dirty medical equipment/or dr not washing her hands and that’s what caused me to lose my baby and I have yet to hear the truth from her. If I can get pregnant again I would never go back to her

Before becoming a patient here was informed that she is a high risk dr and that she also accepts non high risk patients. I am not a high risk patient but if I was she would be the last dr I'd trust with a high risk pregnancy. Her and her staff mainly the nurses are EXTREMELY rude. She knew and was aware of the issue and chose not to do anything about our experience except make every appointment absolutely the worst. Every single appointment she tried to diagnose me with some medical condition. Refused to write any prescription and no they were just regular medications that she should have been easily able to write a presciption for. Every single appointment she continually would ask my birth plan but never knew what my plans were. She constantly would lose my medical records. The wait time was always hours past the scheduled time. I really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt several times. She got worse and worse with every visit. I'm now 39 weeks pregnant and do not have an OBGYN thanks to this doctor. Suppose to see a doctor at this point every week. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy absolutely disgusting. No pregnant woman should have to go through this. The rule "you're too far along to request a new ob" is absolutely ridiculous especially when pregnant women need the most medical care high risk or not.

No matter how early you check in you will always get called 45mins to an hour late then another 45mintues wait in the room before she comes in.
