Dr. Bookman was my Dr. & he answered all of my questions before my procedure and then explained everything that was done after the procedure was completed.

My husband and I have both had colonoscopies ,and we feel he is an excellent doctor with a polite bedside manner .

An incredible doctor because he actually listens...went far above and beyond to try to find answers!

! Fawaz is an excellent physician. Highly recommend him.

Pretty good service

When I went for pre-colonoscopy visit, office staff was rude & treated me like I was stupid (I'm a nurse). After procedure he walked past my husband like he was nobody. My husband asked if I was ok & he said, "I don't have time to talk, I have patients waiting." I had to wait till f/u office visit to find out anything.

So you have a local GI Dr... so your not going to die. However, he is kind of a jackass, and he's going to treat you like a nuisance.

The only reason I'm not giving one star is because they treated me very well for my procedure that was referred by the VA. But, ever since then it's been next to impossible to speak to anybody in the clinic because either their phones won't work or they won't answer the phone. After almost 2 weeks of trying, I was FINALLY able to get ahold of somebody but whoever answered the phone was very short, snappy and rude to me from the moment they answered the phone. I was being friendly and even lighthearted to her but she kept cutting me off and even as I was asking a question she put me on hold and never picked up again.

The Dr is great, but impossible to reach anyone or make an appointment and get results from procedures. It's almost like the receptionist is trained to block you from scheduling appointments or speaking to anyone but them. I wish there were other options!

Trying to schedule an appointment is pointless. Been calling for over a month, had to manually send them the information because they lost the referral, and then called two weeks later to make an appointment, to learn they turn their phones off at 4:30 even though they don’t close until 5. Go to a different location if you’re looking for a specific doctor. First time I called, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes, spoken over, and could not get a word in to explain why I was calling to schedule an appointment. Absolutely terrible experience before I even can walk in the door. Can’t imagine what an office visit would be like…

Had issues Dr only talk to me over phone, ran a test then gave me med, didnt work never seen him in person, he didnt listen to me.
