Courteous and competent staff. Good lobby space with a variety of seating options, ideal for business meetings.

The complimentary breakfast is superior, far superior, to other free-breakfast hotels. Embassy Suites also has a complimentary evening happy hour. There's no lunch service and not much nearby.

The rooms are spacious with a separate living, office, and kitchenette area.

The room furniture was heavily scratched and in need of upgrade. Electrical was weird. The light switch to the bedroom was blanked, so you have to stumble through the dark to get to the bed lamp.

Bed was comfortable with convenient phone-charger lamps on the nightstand.

Modern Clean Rooms. Front desk & lounge area modern & welcoming. Enjoyed the breakfast. We choose Embassy Suites for it's luxury & first-class guest experiences; also that they are pet friendly.

These people take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Everyone is so courteous, and the service is unmatched. We showed up early and did everything they could to accommodate us as quickly as possible, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast service was excellent and those working genuinely seemed pleased to help. Excellent experience all around.

By far our favorite Embassy Suites! As a Diamond member with Hilton, I’ve stayed at more than a handful. This is hands down the best! Staff is over the top friendly (but not annoyingly so), facilities are new and delightful, evening reception is robust, breakfast is great. This is the ONLY place I’ll stay in OKC.

We only did a conference here. We actually didn't stay here. But I would like to. This place is really really nice. The staff was so nice. And if you're going to do a conference this is the place to do it. The conference room was massive

Had a great stay. Clean and the staff were great. Parking is $18 per day which seemed a little high. However, I still had a very comfortable stay.

I just want to say that this place is much more that a 3 star hotel as to what it is rated. Rooms are large quite and very comfortable dining and drink experience is incredible. Very clean rooms, building and facility in general. I would highly recommend and will stay here again. Everything about it including staff gets 5 starts from me.

Josh at the front desk was amazing. Exceptional world class service. We usually stay at the OMNI but when we are in town we will stay At Embassy Suites. Ask for Josh!! He will definitely get you taken care of. Me and my girlfriend loved our stay!! What a great team!!

The service was great and Billy miller and crystal holder. Were great breakfast was great. Our host brayden was amazing and so sweet they definitely made our stay more friendly

I literally couldn’t be happier with this hotel. Exceeded all our expectations. Super nice staff. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Extremely comfortable. The happy hour was just what we needed after a long day. The only place I’d stay in OKC.

They let me check in early due to having surgery, the food was great. I love their little get together from 5-7. I ordered diner and it was cooked good. The next morning I have a wonderful omelette from the complementary breakfast. I was very pleased with my stay.

The rooms are really clean and well kept. Will definitely book here in the future

We stayed two nights and the stay was incredible. The room was extremely clean, oversized and comfortable. The staff was great. We will be staying again.

Josh at front desk was very accommodating and great personality. Kitchen was down but did a good job serving in one of the banquet rooms. Variety of items in the breakfast. Complimentary drinks in the evening was a nice surprise.

We have stayed here many times in the last few years for work related travel and this has been the best Hilton experience we’ve had across the country. The bar/restaurant/buffet staff are amazing and such hard working individuals. The housekeepers have always left our rooms in perfect condition and if we need anything, they are happy to help. The front desk staff are great and do everything they can to accommodate any request. The indoor pool is heated and always nicely clean and ready. They even made a special birthday treat for us.

Would have gave 5 stars but would be best if the put in a bigger fridge and stove top to cook since my stay was a week long. I needed an option for keeping food and cooking rather than eating out all week.

Really nice hotel adjacent to OU Med center. Only reason not 5 stars was a poorly cooked breakfast. Get a better chef.

Just made a reservation at the OKC Hilton. Zedd was fabulous in making our arrangments!!
