Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lawton

We got off to a rough start. When we were trying to book the room, the front desk staff said they were not allowed to make reservations, and that I had to call the reservation center. Upon doing that, I got a guy I could not understand, and after a lengthy conversation, was still not able to book the room. We finally went to the motel personally, and was able to get the last room available, that would fit our needs. We went to the room, only to find it had not been cleaned from the previous day. We had to store our stuff in the office and go do what we came to do without getting into our room. Finally, we got back to the motel and got into our room just in time to get to sleep. After that, everything was great. The staff was helpful, the head housekeeper left her home to come clean the room, and she did a great job. Breakfast was great. I would recommend.

Excellent stay. Overall all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The front desk ladies, Tamala and I cannot remember the other young lady's name were helpful. The room was nice good area. The Breakfast women were friendly and the breakfast was good. If anything, the bath faucet popped out and the shampoo container fell off the wall and the AC stop blowing cold air, but then staff got us another room and everything was great. Thank you very much and I appreciate the hospitality.

Great rooms with big TVs. Staff was excellent too.

Gloria at the front desk took amazing care of our Family during our stay for a basic training graduation. Great location to the Fort and amenities such as restaurants, mall, and others. Highly recommend. The breakfast manager was cheerful and Service oriented.

The staff was amazing. Housekeepers Dionte and Jamie were hard working and super accommodating. The general manager was excellent.

Ok breakfast!! If people are going to pay you for a bed and breakfast you need to give it to them or let them know over the internet and before check in to the hotel!! The rooms are clean and the jacuzzi tub was refreshing after slipping into that tub you troubles melt away while watching the TV at the same time that was my Scarface moment lol 😂 but the rest of the stay was very nice we went to the casino just minutes away.

The Suites by Marriott were really nice. We stay in Lawton once or twice a year, but this was our first stay at a Marriott. The lobby was nicely decorated and designed, and i was impressed to see a 'convenient store' area. The pool and hot tub/spa need to be updated and/or needs maintenance. The room was nice, spacious, and clean.

Super nice staff and clean rooms! We stayed twice and both times were great experiences :) breakfast was great and check in was quick/easy!

Mellow Yellow and every other staff member in the building is what I would call the best. They all go above and beyond to be helpful, including making things happen last minute.

My husband graduated basic training and I wanted to be close to post. I was easily able to book online, and when a personal issue happened I called and they held my room for my late arrival.

Since staying here we have had such a wonderful experience and my husband has been appreciated for his service every time someone sees him.

I could cry I'm so thankful for this experience. I would rate this establishment easily a 100/10. I'll see y'all in 5 weeks for AIT graduation!

Great service! Staff was very friendly and helpful when we were having difficulty getting into our room. Continental breakfast was good and the dinning area was very clean and we'll kept.

My mom and I stayed at Fairfield Inn when we came to visit family that live in Lawton. I travel several times a year and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! The staff were so nice, best hotel staff I’ve ever had the opportunity to interact with. Anytime we needed anything they were so kind and helpful and not just as an employee of the hotel, but on a personal level that showed they cared about us. My mom wasn’t feeling well one night and the lady at the desk (Tamala) went above and beyond in making sure she was taken care of and even comforted her in the lobby. Another day I needed something and they didn’t have or sell it on site so another staff gave it to me from her own personal stash. The hospitality is unbeatable! The have a full breakfast too and it was good. I highly recommend staying here and be sure to talk with the staff as they’ll make your experience even better with their kind interactions.

Excellent service, cute pool, continental breakfast, and working AC. The upper levels can get a bit warm in the halls however. I will also add that the view isn't too satisfying

Very nice. Was surprised though that there was no microwave. Not a huge deal, but we made it without one ok. Great breakfast with plenty of choices too.

Nice place great bed

Check in was super friendly and fast. The bed was ssooo comfortable, and breakfast options were plentiful.

Very friendly staff. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was a small buffetbuffet that was hot and good . I will stay again.

My family and I stayed here to attend my son's graduation from basic training in Oct of 2016. Felt like a home away from home.
