Begin PBG Plant-Based Grocery

The only vegan grocery store within hundreds of miles and the only one I've found in the whole state! A true oasis in middle America cattle country. They recently opened and are still stocking the shelves but will have their store full soon with all my favorite products. I will be back soon.

This place is absolutely amazing! Im a visitor to Lawton, my friend lives here. I'm gluten-free and dairy-free, so finding the things I need can be a challenge. So thankful to find Begin! To have a plant-based store, near me, in the middle of Oklahoma, is a Godsend! So many good treats, some I've never seen before - and I'm from Boulder, Colorado, where a vegan lifestyle is super friendly, there's whole foods, trader Joe's, vitamin cottage, everything you can think of!! This store has things like vegan feta cheese, vegan crab cakes, ice cream, yogurts,, milks, snacks, so many choices!! BROVO to the owner, a beautiful, friendly, knowledgeable, passionate being of magnitude. Just my conversation with her alone was worth coming in for! What a GEM!! Thank you, thank you! 🔥🙏✨❤

Idk how else to say it… this place is a WHOLE MOOD. The atmosphere is so warm, bright & inviting. The owner is so sweet, kind & down to earth. Her prices are great, they accept ebt, and they are environmentally conscious as well, no plastic bags! Even if you’re not fully vegan/vegetarian/etc you can try some healthier options here! The trip won’t be wasted either way because the vibe here will rub off on you. Such a beautiful place to begin 🥰💚

It’s an amazing time to be a vegan when a plant-based grocery store opens up in beef country. So excited to have a store in town to get staples and splurge items.
