I wish I could give them 0 stars, if you like paying transfer fees, low balance fees, and countless other fees, this bank is for you. The staff is uneducated. This bank is also extremely outdated and doesn’t let you use Cash App, Facebook Pay, Venmo and many others, their debit cards are even outdated and don’t offer tap to pay, their interest rate is horrible and doesn’t even compare to other banks. I was charged over $400 in fees over the course of 2 years while using them, money I’ll never get back. They really put the sham in shamrock. Look elsewhere
