Tech Marina and Pharmacist Brent helped me so much! They really went above and beyond to make sure my children got the asthma medicine they needed that would also be covered by their insurance. It took a lot of effort during a busy time and I just want to say in a high stress job they worked miracles for my babies and it meant the world to me.

The technician checking me in was very helpful when insurance would not cover a prescription, suggesting an alternative discount plan. They always fill my prescriptions within a few hours if not right away.

If I could give zero stars I would, The older ladies are very rude. I have severe asthma, I got an extra inhaler prescribed due to flare ups, she would could not and just would not find it. She was very snarky and acted as if I was fein looking for a high… it took FOUR attempts to get my inhaler for her just to tell me my insurance wouldn’t cover it for another week because of how recent I got my last one, I assumed the price was outrageous and gave her the benefit of doubt that she was helping me, so I asked the price… she said $20, I normally pay $10 it just felt like she went out her way to make things difficult, just tell me what my options are not what you think you need to tell me… but to end things off I got it sent to Hugo Family Pharmacy, they were nice and prompt there!

Don’t use its online booking tool to book an appointment for COVID vaccinations (or any other vaccinations). I did and drove 25 miles from Antlers, only to be told the pharmacy doesn’t have the vaccine. There is no link between Walmart’s online system and reality on the ground here. Meanwhile, the booking tool continues fleecing customers. If I could rate this place a zero, I would.

I absolutely would give zero stars if I could, in fact I'd give them negative stars if I could. One particular pharmacist is rude,unprofessional and is working there to give everyone as hard a time as possible. The other staff are either rude or they have no idea what's going on or how to give decent customer service! Terrible experience everytime I've had to fill medicine here!

If I could have gave a 0 I would have, my every experience in Hugo Walmart pharmacy has been painful. 50 min on prescription that was faxed in 45 minutes before I got here. Slow slow slow service

Lousy service and lies. My Dr called in a prescription pre operative went to pick it up day of knee surgery and was told the did not have a prescription. My Dr informed me that they did have it and sent it in again. This is not the first time at this pharmacy. Had back surgery last year and they told me they were out of pain prescription and refused to fill it because an assisting dr wrote the prescription. I do not use pain meds for anything other than a legitimate reason. I typically stop pain meds within two to three days of a surgery. Walmart is the only pharmacy I use and knows how many of anything I have been prescribed. I am not a pain management pill popper. I believe that I will be terminating my relationship with Walmart pharmacy.

Would give zero if I could, everytime I come here they are rude, inconsiderate, poor customer service, been waiting over a week for medication with no update, I go to the store and find out it will be next year before it’s received, don’t waste your time here!

Well they tried being rude a few times but I called their bluff. I wasn't rude back but used my own tactics that will leave you speechless. I asked questions that required a lot of extra work. For example I used a discount prescription card. They were not sure what to do so they just said oh we don't take that. Then my fun began. After getting them to work on it for 23 minutes it went through. Now when I goo to get my meds filled they are very nice and fill them very quickly. To the people who put them down I say don't be a complaining baby. Stand up for youself and you'll the pharmacy staff are caring people who really want to 😃 and be friendly.

Kept telling me different times for over an hour and half just to tell me they're going on lunch and to come back another hour. Got stitches in my face and in pain from oral surgery, and they're just sitting around doing nothing but being rude to everyone who makes them work.

If I could give thus place a no star I would. The pharmacy staff is completely rude. Not only that but are unknowledgeable about prescription refills. They screw up think I got my stuff filled there when in fact I didn't and then get rude with me saying I'm doing something wrong. My pharmacy I usually attend is over 3 hours away so I use them for one prescription. I have to get the other pharmacy to call them because they have no idea of what's going on.Just the rudeness and not letting the customer explain or get even a word in at all. I don't recommend this place at all. Anyone using them is supporting$ to a place full of rude workers with absolutely no idea on how to treat a customer.

Pharmacy tech was rude and even with no other customers waiting she did not fill my prescription because it was 20 minutes until close. I will not be using them again.
