Walmart Supercenter

Friendly staff, it’s a super center so it has a decent variety of products available — would appreciate more fresh and organic produces! 🍎 🍏 🍌 🍊 🍒 Ample parking available, most carts are functioning well, guns are available too, has a pharmacy inside, keys can be copied as well, bathrooms are available too, clearance items are marked all throughout the store. They have nice Bibles for sale!! Enjoy

Well stocked on shower fixtures. The grocery & produce department had full shelves. Store was clean.

The Walmart we stopped at while traveling had to be the cleanest, most well lighted Walmart I have ever been in. The thing that made this Walmart really stand out was the woman in the women's department. She was very helpful but not pushy. She was friendly and pleasant. I don't run into many Walmart employees who seem to want to be there. I wish I could remember which town we were in, but it was in Louisiana.

My visit was good. Store was clean. Thank you. 🤠

Walmart is better than the mall when it comes to Hugo's location.

I used self check out and needed help and got the help right a way.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful that day. While there may sister received shots . The pharmacist was awesome.
Though, this is not the case all of the time. The blonde female pharmacist is nasty and lazy.

Really nice service, they find you, you don't have to search for ever to get assistance

I had a nightmare experience with Walmart online. I came to the Hugo store for help. The customer service at this store was outstanding! They were kind and compassionate. They helped me and resolved my issue. I am very grateful for the employees of this store.

Was just at the Hugo Ok Walmart. Was using self check out so that I could get out faster. The employee that was working the self checkout was amazing. Had something ring up that was not covered with food stamps. He paid for it out of his own pocket. Thank you Isaiah you are awesome.

It was great. Happy associates. Everybody was happy to help with anything I asked. The bathrooms were clean and the parking lot was clear. Lots of handicapped access. Seriously, tho, these associates were happy to help. I was very impressed. I will return when my endeavors bring me back. Good times.

Easy to get all of your shopping needs met at once. I Greeted at the door by a friendly employee, asked if I needed help putting a giant bag of dog food in my shopping cart. The cashier was very friendly and even joked around a bit. Come see the friendly faces and check out their sales.

It's a great store with super helpful employees. It's located right in broken bow with everything surrounding, for your convenience.

The place is clean and the service is great. The deli has these amazing ranch wings- i highly recommend them! Anyway everybody that i have met is extremely friendly and handles any issues i have in an extremely professional manner. The prices are great too!

It's an okay place andl very very nice people work there but you need to work on having you need we want to buy because there's a lot of stuff I would have bought today but you didn't have it and you haven't had it for a very long time forget to it and find it invite and bring it to Hugo Walmart Oklahoma

Everything was in the right place check out was great and fast for someone who not able to walk. I ask a young lady that works at Walmart if she could get me an item off the up shelf for me,the young lady was very polite.I wish I had got her name.

Short line at customer service,6 self check lanes available and wipes available tonwipe carts usually by carts but l had to ask for them Stores seem clean abmnd organized and fairly well stocked, excellent prices.
Cons: cuatomer service woman been there 10b+ years and is very cold, short, slow and rude!!

First Wal-Mart I've been in in a long time where the employees actually care about helping the customer and opened new check out lanes to quicken the check out time. I'm very impressed by this store. Not impressed with my home stores. I live in the Bentonville. Ark area.
