We are so thankful for the help that Lexi provided our family in reducing our monthly bills, with what we got today we should save approximately $75-80 a month over our previous carrier. We will definitely be referring more friends and family to her. Such a nice friendly office. Lots of nice, friendly, caring people in the office. I feel like I can call anyone and get help if and when I need it.

Been a client for oh 27 years and this location has some of the best agents with great customer service. I've only had to file maybe 3 or 4 claims over the years but each time everything was handled without any issues. Big thanks to Mike M., Charlene, Georgia, Andy, Amy, Sydnee and all of the agents for always treating me like family. I also appreciate the Christmas cards, thank you and birthday cards.

I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. I have been with State Farm at mikes office specifically for almost 10 years now. They have been an absolute joy to work with. Always friendly and always get fixed what I need. The staff is always warm and welcoming on the phone and in person. They are very polite and courteous, and very well trained on their job. They know what they are doing any question you throw at them. Always reach out to see if I need anything, wishing well on holidays and birthdays. They made sure to take time to check on my husband when he was in a bad wreck a few years ago. Along with the wreck they were very quick to process everything walked me threw everything I needed to know step by step and got my claim processed very quickly. I love all the ladies up there. Absolutely recommend and I always refer when people ask me who they should try 10 out of 10. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been with Mike Mueke for 25 years and I have nothing but got experiences with them from the cookies to my claims, they alway take care of us is like calling a friend they take care of us the next day with no problems my kids car accident 😩🙄 roof replacement due to storms, house fire🥲, I love that when you call the office is like once again calling a friend , so if you are looking not just for a good insurance company but a neighborhood friendly that always make you feel at home and welcome you with those delicious cookies don’t think twice and join the family.

The State Farm office in Midwest City, Oklahoma is awesome. I had an accident on a Friday. My car was towed that evening to a facility to be checked where it was claimed a total loss 5 days later, being it was the weekend. I then had payment the very next day after that was deemed and I have another car barely two weeks later. I truly appreciate Sydnee at the Midwest City office. She is amazing and very communicative in every step. James in claims was amazing as well with everything on his side! I will always appreciate State Farm for their professionalism and caring of their clients. Thank you again Midwest City office for all your help.
