A gem in Midwest City! Excellent knowledge and capability from the vehicle repair folks at Midwest City Auto. I was impressed from the moment I met Andrew and his team - they worked to solve a very challenging diesel exhaust fluid tank / pump issue my BMW 535d was having...and they did the repair for 1/6 of the dealer quotes. Since that event, I've trusted MCA for all my vehicle repair needs. Fantastic!

Had a great experience when we purchased a car from here before. We came back and told Andrew what we wanted and what we could afford. Andrew tracked down a beautiful 2015 Chevy Malibu and had it brought to the dealership. We tested it, loved it, and purchased it. Great follow-up from Andrew. We also did a lot of research and were extremely pleased with the purchase price of the car. You do not find people in this business that are all about taking care of the customer. While in the middle of a cross country trek in late 2019, my brakes went out while visiting good friends in Midwest City. The friend I was staying with was an auto mechanic, employed by MWC to help maintain all the city vehicles, i.e. -police cars, trucks, snow plows, etc. but didn’t have a full blown shop at his personal disposal. He recommended I go to Midwest City Auto.

In addition to repairing my brakes, they also discovered I had a problem involving both CV axles, as well as leaks in my oil pan seal and both valve cover gaskets. Being from out of town, I asked the owner if he could call my mechanic buddy and explain the issues to him. Not only did he do that, Andrew also texted him pictures to show exactly what he was talking about. My friend agreed that the prognosis was quite valid and the work necessary. The work was quickly completed and the cost mirrored the estimate I was given.

I later continued my journey to California, then, a couple weeks later, made the return trip back to Ohio, all without further incident. It’s been over two years now, and the car is still running great. Haven’t had a problem since then.

I found the people at Midwest City Auto to be very friendly, most helpful, knowledgeable and quite accommodating. I recommend them highly!

I honestly only leave reviews for two types of experiences. The great ones and the worst ones. Brad (General Manager) and Andrew (Owner) are leading a great used auto company. Their care and attention to the needs (and desires) of the customer are top notch. I have bought somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 cars, new and used, in the last 20 years, and hands down, these guys have been one of the best experiences. I deal with the big Brand Name dealers often. And I'm not even going to say "for a small dealership", I'm saying for a great private dealership their desire to meet the customer needs are above many of the big box stores. We were cared for very well. And their drive to meet my expectations was front and center to their operation. I am often scared of these individually owned dealerships (thanks Fort Hood and Killeen), but having bought my last car at a private dealer, and now this car from Midwest City Auto, my faith is restored! If I found even the smallest thing of concern with the used vehicle I was interested in purchasing, they didn't make some "future" promise, THEY FIXED IT RIGHT THERE! Andrew and Brad (and co.) made my buying experience enjoyable. I have at least 2 more vehicles to buy in the next 2 years. And even though we have specific tastes in vehicles, Midwest City Auto will be one of the first dealerships I call. Thank you for helping me fill one of my dream car goals with a V-series Cadillac. (Hey, I wasn't going to tell you it was a dream car while we were negotiating!)

My experience with Andrew and the team at Midwest City Auto was superb! They really worked with me to find the right vehicle and financing that fit my needs. Midwest City Auto is the place to take your vehicle for trusted repairs. Andrew and his staff are awesome with great customer service. Andrew keeps you updated on repairs every step of the way. I would trust them with any vehicle and I drive an SUV that is a specialty SUv.

Outstanding work and they strive to be the best or in a league wit the best, I got my AC unit put in my car here and they did a excellent job and they have great customer service ( the receptionist Sabrina was great and helpful). I would recommend Midwest Auto to anyone that needs car work.

It was October of 2016. I had been rear-ended and smashed into a truck in a hit-and-run. My car was totaled, and I was despondent: The big auto dealers wouldn't cut me a loan with less than double-digit interest, wouldn't work with me, and didn't have any cars I wanted, anyway.

In despair I came here to Midwest City Auto. Andrew & Brad had earned my business in the past when they ran a detailing & repair shop beside the car-lot, and I got to know them, as well as Andrew's talented and lovely wife Stephanie, and the dealership's clever and pretty accountant, Sarah. For a long time, despite knowing how great these folks were, I still thought that "Used Cars" = "TROUBLE". I heard the horror stories from other used car dealers. I'd been hustled elsewhere. But I trusted these folks, so I gave it a chance.

I made the right choice! They set me up in a car I LOVED and gave me a better deal than I thought was possible. They negotiated on my behalf, they were aggressive & competitive with pricing, they helped me out more than I can say. It's two years on and the car they sold me hasn't had a hiccup yet. I am beyond pleased that I went with them, they really are the best deal in town, and their honesty and genuineness shines through in all they do. Give them a try, they might surprise you.

We have purchased two vehicles from Andrew and his team at Midwest City auto and will not buy from anywhere else. Anyone looking for a vehicle should not go anywhere else. The people at Midwest City Auto were great. Andrew went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted with the numbers that worked for us. This car dealership is the best around I promise! As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable unlike most car dealership are they are very good people I walked in with not so good credit needing someone to help me get a car so bad due to adding an addition to my growing family and that's exactly what I got Jay treated me with respect he didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't want he pulled string and worked 3 days straight getting me financed when Noone else would and he accomplished that and got me the best deal nothing less what a wonderful guy we were very blessed to meet him and to do business with him

We got a great deal on a quality car. Prices were set, so we didn't have to haggle. Service was good, and they absorbed the cost to fix a few things that we wanted, even some that we brought up after the deal was done. They worked with the loan enough to drop our initial rate by 0.5% which is much appreciated.

If I could give this place 100 stars, I swear I would!!! From the moment I contacted Jim with MWC Auto, it has been nothing short of AMAZING! I hate car shopping. I mean HATE IT, but Jim made my purchase super easy and I am just so grateful that he is someone I can now call a friend. I got the vehicle that I have wanted for forever and there was no run around! During my recent buying experience with Midwest Auto, every single employee went above and beyond to meet and greatly exceed my needs. The individuals that make this company are truly, customer advocates. Everyone there is genuinely trying to run a clean, honest business; and they do.

Not only is every individual there courteous, and honest; their value and pricing is outstanding. I've been to nearly every car dealer in Edmond and OKC, but now my search is complete.

This place deserves your business! They go above and beyond to make the deal happen! They gave us the most for our very good trade in than any big name dealership had offered! Our car did not have the tire lock so they ordered us one. Tje only negative thing I have to say is they did an interior detail and I specifically mentioned there was gross stuff in the seat pockets but was still not cleaned out! But dont let that steer you from this dealership! They are honest and super friendly! They don't hassle you when you drive up on the lot!

I went in last minute last week to get an oil change, and the place was clearly busy, but they were able to fit me in that afternoon. The staff was very cordial and inviting. The mechanics did a full inspection with the oil change. The mechanic did not try to pressure me to have anything extra done with my car, but was simply being specific about what would come up in future. I will definitely be returning to Midwest City Auto Spa in future!
