Buffalo Grill

Great hidden gem in a little town. Staying here for the weekend on a roadtrip. Food was amazing I got the classic burger and my boyfriend got the buffalo burger. Started off with an appetizer of boneless buffalo wings and truly enjoyed them. Inside decor was very cute as valentines is coming up. Our server was very sweet and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Driving thru from Oklahoma City to Texarkana. Last minute wanted a sandwich and saw Buffalo Grill. Called order in to pick up on way thru. Order was ready 10 minutes later.

We got the Smokey Club and the Smokey Okie. My brisket was the best brisket I've had in Oklahoma I think. Holy cow it was moist, with tasty bark and good smoke flavor. So good!! And my wife's club sandwich...how many times do you see a club sandwich made with real ham? Not some pressed ham lunch meat. The fries were good and the sweet tea plenty sweet. I know my go to restaurant will be Buffalo Grill Everytime I'm going through Hugo. And reasonable prices!

Edit: Ok, so to prove I wasn't lying about my first review I went back to Buffalo Grill on my way home to Oklahoma City. Hoping it wasn't a fluke, and I am happy to report that It was equal or even better than the first trip. I got the Smokey Okie again and it was as good or better. My wife got the Mac and cheese with brisket on it. We ate at the restaurant and the service was great. I have to say this has to be the best brisket I've had in at least 10 years. So damn good I took a pound home with me.

Hugo location: The food was excellent -the asparagus was amazing! Meat just felt of the ribs :) Great prices -only just over $11 per person before tip. We'll be back to Hugo for sure!
The service was surprisingly fast for being so busy & just after the eclipse. They were kind & helpful & didn't seem stressed out. Kind of put my home state to shame, honestly, & these servers were pretty young. Nothing but praise -thank you guys

We have been told about this place for sometime and finally had the opportunity to try it out. It’s a small building but very clean and every single seat was packed out. The food came out quick, hot, and absolutely delicious. My drink never ran dry, the staff was exceptionally talented, speedy, and friendly. I had the Buffalo burger and was thoroughly thrilled with my choice. I left feeling full, happy, and excited to have found a great spot to eat when in Hugo. I would absolutely recommend this very affordable option for your next dine in delight.

Great food, great service. It was a bit hot outside, so no one was on the patio, but there was plenty of space, and they had cornhole, a huge Connect Four, and a bunch of other games to play. I can't wait for it to cool down a bit to take the kids back and play some games.

This review is late since we were there Friday evening on the 10th. Our server Jaycee was such a sweetheart. She was very professional and such a pleasure. I had the tacos one chicken, one brisket, and a pork. They all 3 were very good. We were there for an overnite to see the elephants. Highly recommend this place.

WOW! I wasn’t really expecting much and was kind of only attracted to the whimsy name had driven by a few times, but opted to go fast food that was a big mistake for me. I stopped today and had a burger while I was in town and it blew my mind cooked to perfection Beautiful tasted like 1 million bucks. I definitely walked away very happy with my decision! The weight staff was prompt and attentive. The atmosphere was very cool. I will definitely be back anytime that I’m in Hugo Oklahoma.

On our way to the Joint west of the railroad tracks, out of nowhere this place appears! How did this scape my attention before? I have no clue when it opened but I had to try it!

We pulled up and I could already see from the road that there was excitement, just by the way this place was decorated. The patio outside is filled with well thought out decorations; that in itself was enough to feel invited.

We were welcomed with a friendly smile.

At last someone understands that the science of a restaurant begins way before a person tastes the food! It begins with the atmosphere, the noise inside, the smells; you guys nailed all those way before I tasted your food! Other local places should take note on this!

We found our table, ordered our drinks, and began exploring the menu.
Look, a place like this should almost order for the guest just by the smell. I don’t know about my friend but I smell brisket and brisket it is. No need to argue.
I really didn’t have a chance to check the bathrooms. I just kept looking around and gazing at the well-design interior. (….And because I dont ever go and use the bathroom after my co-worker, I know better. Hehehehe)

The food came out. The moment of truth! Yes! The brisket was amazing. The onion rings and fries too. I was satisfied. The science of this restaurant came to a close. It all came to its pinnacle when I had the last bite of brisket.

I was a bit disappointed to see the portion of brisket maybe it was me but it felt like a bit more would have been fear.

I have nothing else to say other than thank you for the experience!!!!

Awesome place to eat the fried alligator is exceptional

We stopped a couple of days ago on the way through town. Service was friendly and efficient, our southern comfort and smoky club sandwiches were really good. The fried green tomatoes were excellent. Enjoyed the visit!

Stopped for lunch coming through town. Delicious. Service was top notch. Would drive that way again just for lunch. Great staff!

Delicious food, and a very good service. The portions were quite big, and everything tasted great. I highly recommend their seafood salad with salmon and the Buffalo burger.

Food is delicious and service is fast. Inside is a bit crowded sometimes. Old service station. Does have outdoor dining area but it’s not for me. Overall great experience.

What a Gem!!! The service, the Atmosphere, the food! All a high 5 for us! We were on way to do some hiking and discovered this gem just 25 minutes from our home. I have to say that I wished I knew of this place sooner! Definitely have to have the Brisket tacos! The waffle fries were amazing, and my lovely wife had a bunless burger, which she says was great as well! 100% recommend and will revisit!!!

Stopped here for lunch on our way back from Arkansas was not disappointed, definitely worth a little detour. Great food, friendly staff!

Ate here for the first time recently. Very good ribeye steak with all the trimmings. Highly recommend this. Gets very crowded for a reason.

First time visiting here. Everything was great from the pork skins to the burgers and deserts. Fun atmosphere and our a server was great. Definitely will visit again.

My family and some family friends were traveling through from Texas and stop here. We have a party of 17, including a baby. The service was OUTSTANDING. Everyone’s order was correct, they went above and beyond for us and really blew me away because usually when all of us go out to eat it is a mess. The food was very good as well. I had the bison burger, that was great.
