Dr. Robert E. Hess Jr, DDS

The date of my appt was on Monday 22. I was treated well by the nursing staff and explained my issues and they understood but when Dr Nguyen was repeating back what she thought she heard and understood she was rude and way off base of what was said. She wasn't a good listener and it was a struggle to get anything done. She would ask me question of have I got this or that done and if I had taken any particular kind of medicine and 2 of them I thought was basically the same but werent so I asked if she could prescribe me oxycotton because I was told that would help the pain allot. We'll she said she couldn't because she was licensed out of Florida and couldn't prescribe norcodics. She told me that she scheduled me an MRI appt then told me to call first thing to see when I would be able to be seen so she didn't get that done I had to. She called me after I left clinic and told me it looked like I could have kidney stones I needed to do another urinalisys so i did. I got a call this morning the 25th and missed it but called back and haven't received a call back so I'm still in pain and no hope from that Dr. Oklahoma needs to use only licensed Dr if other Dr from other states. I wasn't treated very well.I would have been better off going through the E.R. and getting a better Dr
