Very responsive, reasonable, and knows how to work on Audi and VW. in fact my wife liked the shop so much she asked if they work on Subarus! Haha 😂 he said sorry, no, but that just shows he has certain areas of expertise.

I was referred to Eddie from a friend. She recommended him as a reliable, honest mechanic with reasonable prices. She was right! He’s been servicing our Audi & also our second Audi we recently purchased. We 100% trust Eddie & won’t go anywhere else. He is honest and trustworthy!

Great quality brake job on my Toyota 4Runner. Eddie and his team made it easy to leave your vehicle and know you are getting trusted mechanics to order the right parts, and a flawless installation. They took great care to make sure my vehicle was perfect after the service. I will be bringing my Subaru and my Toyota van back to Eddie. I never knew my 4runner brakes could feel so smooth and top so well. If you have an import vehicle that needs repair, take it to Eddy.

Only place I will take my Audi Q7! Half the price of the dealership and they actually explain their receipts and diagnostics unlike the dealership!

Definitely an honest place to take your VW or Audi. Don't expect it to be super fast. It takes time to service our cars right. If you want fast (and overpriced) take it to the stealership. Eddie and his team does it right.

Eddie is amazing. He fixed our Audi right up. Fixed the few oil leaks we had and did service it, twice. She runs like a top for a 16 year old car. Thank you sir for taking care of our car! Highly Recommend him for any VW or Audi stuff.

Eddie’s Imports is the only place I will take my Jetta Sportwagen for service and maintenance needs. Eddie is honest and a straight shooter and he and Justin know their stuff. Sometimes slow to respond to emails and phone but that is because its only the two of them servicing lots of satisfied customers.

I believe Eddie's to be the best place to work on your Audi or VW in OKC they are super nice, very knowledgeable and the labor cost is most likely the lowest. At this day and time it's hard to find a honest mechanic like at Eddie's. Thanks guys!

I would give this place 10 stars, if I could. Eddie is one of those genuine, good people that are so rare these days. I took my Audi Q5 to another automotive shop in Edmond for a constant noise coming from the rear wheel. Their quote made me almost faint. After being charged for the "diagnose", I took my car home and started searching for other mechanics, as it seemed surreal to pay that amount of money. I researched how much I should expect for labor and the the defective piece, so I had an idea what a fair price would be. When I found Eddie on the internet as being specialized on Audi services, I took my car to him for a second opinion. I left it with him for a diagnose, which he said he would not charge me for. By the end of the day he gave me a resolution and a price that seemed fair, not to mention it was a fraction of the previous quote. He gained my trust and respect, and I am so grateful that people like him still exist. I highly recommend him.

I absolutely love this place! I had a VW for years and I always had the best experience bringing to Eddies to be worked on. Now that I have a Porsche I’m happy to say they know how to get that fixed also. You won’t find a better price anywhere!

I rarely write a review but Eddie's Import has indeed the best service for Volkswagen Repair in town. Both Eddie and Justin are super helpful.

For any German car repair - this is the place to-go in town if you are looking to save some money!

I originally took my car to the VW dealership for a thunking when I would brake. They couldn't find the thunking noise but claimed my car needed nearly $3,800 worth of repairs to things that I was having no issues with. I picked up my car and took it to Eddie's for a second opinion. Eddie's found the thunking noise, which ended up just being loose items in the spare tire compartment, they tightened everything down and the problem was completely resolved! The only thing my car ended up actually needing was new spark plugs. Eddie's was wonderful! They were friendly, respectful, and kept me well informed about my vehicle. I'll never take my VW anywhere else!

I had a common issue on my Passat that was fixed by Eddie reprogramming the transmission to shift better and also a vacuum leak that was causing the car to run rough. He helped me identify the leak and fixed my transmission issue, altogether took about five minutes of his time, and he didn't charge me for his time! He's a great guy. Very knowledgeable. If you have a VW, take it to this guy. He will do you right!

Eddie hasn't got one of those drudge personalities he engages you let me look over his shoulder he had suggestions to improve my situation based on his experience. Has had both knees replaces an bounces like a new man. I thought to myself that he would have made a good surgeon because there wouldn't be a lot of humming and hawing on where or when to make the incision.

I have a 1964 11 window microbus, a 74 Superbeetle with an Autostick transmission, and a1962 Beetle convertible, and have been trusting Eddie’s Imports for more than 10 years. Eddie and his folks have always been professional, responsive, and have the expertise and experience to maintain and build my high performance air-cooled VW show cars, as well as some that you may see on TV. Over the years, others have told me that they could do the job because “VW’s are simple and anyone can work on them”, but invariably each time I’ve had to take them back to Eddie’s to be sorted out afterwards. So, I highly recommend that you take any of your cars to Eddie’s Imports.
