Exceptional experience for my first visit. They were able to get me in on a late Friday afternoon with minimal wait time. Considering I didn’t have an appointment, I was quite pleased at the compassion and professionalism by all who talked to me. Thank you for your service!

PA P. Brown is phenomenal. (Susan was great too when she was there.) I hope she (Brown) stays with the clinic for many years to come as she's my favorite medical professional I've seen to date, and I've seen countless amounts of them in my life.
Clean facility, especially in the rooms. I've always appreciated the nursing staff, they're good.
I've had one very bad experience with a physician there, and thankfully she's no longer with the clinic and I don't hold the clinic at fault for that one person's incompetence.
Appointments are available in very decent time slots and are usually next day if you so desire.
Financial staff is polite and always greets you with a smile.
The one time I've used the dental office I had a good experience and would use them again.
Overall, a lovely medical professional group that I feel very lucky to have access to in our very rural area. I highly recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received when I visited the clinic. The receptionists were polite, helpful and attentive. The medical staff behaved in a professional manner and they were receptive to my thoughts and concerns regarding my health and the strategies available to treat my medical problems. Well done! I will be returning the next time I am in need of medical care.

Last time I had a scheduled appointment waited 30 minutes outside on the bench before someone came to let me in the door. If you call in you might wait several days for them to return a call regarding a medical issue. Frustrating that not someplace close to go to this is only option.

They only take sooner care, which only covers minors, which means if you have personal insurance or limited income, you don't get tended to for the nessisary medical needs, like vision, which is a disability, that this clinic is denying to the general public. Many people in Clayton are going without just to be able to pay for something more important, this is not right!!

I don’t recommend the dentist, Dr. Womack. He doesn’t take the time to talk to you and explain what’s going on. It’s difficult to trust someone to work on your teeth if they barely acknowledge you.

I was misled from the outset about the cost of the tooth extraction by the receptionist, and the person in accounting as well. In the end, I found out that I would have to pay over $248.00 for one tooth being pulled. I won't ever recommend this place because of the hidden costs involved.

Don't Go Here, they waited too long to bill insurance company and tried to bill us for the full amount. Insurance would have covered it 100%. They should have got the insurance info up front like every other place does and bill in a timely manner. Would have paid a reduced amount but they would not reduce it (even a small amount).

Husband had a filling fall out with an exposed nerve. They wouldn't see him bc it wasn't an emergency. They are just sitting on their butts getting paid to do nothing and not helping anyone.
