Anthony Wells Memorial Park

While visiting Lake Carl Albert I happen to notice this park right before the lake's east entrance. I'm not familiar with the area so I don't know if it's still is use during normal tourist season. The equipment in the park was still in decent shape, minus the ground items like the sand box and some tables. But I think if a family was to make a day of it the kids would be able to find enough to do. The restrooms were closed and again, not being familiar with the area, wasn't sure if that was permanent or just for the winter. I found it interesting to see that this park must have had plenty of use at one time though. The playground equipment shows plenty of use.

It's such a beautiful part of South East Oklahoma Oklahoma the answer in U Wells memorial is at the entry of lake Carl Albert. Back in the day when we had pro proper city managers managers that part was maintained had 11 concrete benches of a billion you're a billion and a fully functionable male and female bathroom with running water. As of 2 26 22 dude the memorial looks like it has never been touched all the years it's been there.
