From Edmond Oklahoma and was down hunting for the weekend well managed to put my insulin in the cooler that got left in the garage. Jeff got me taken care of 100%. Using a local pharmacy is a great move knowing you are supporting someone who is looking out for you.

A great pharmacy!

The pharmacist here is very nice and wiling to help anyone however some of the girls need to learn how to smile and be more chipper as they're working with the public it makes people feel more welcome in the store.

This pharmacy is awful, I had spoken to my doctor before about having my meds refilled a day earlier than usual and my doctor AND nurse both said that would be perfectly fine. So I call in and tell the clerk about it and she absolutely refused to let me have my prescription a day early as ordered by my doctor, she said that no pharmacy or doctor would ever fill this type of medication early which is 100% wrong as I just got permission from my doctor of 17 years of practice! I asked the name of this clerk and it was “Jody”, probably the rudest person I’ve ever met. I asked to speak to the pharmacist because this clerk had no idea what she was even talking about and she said “No, he’s busy!”!!! What kind of clerk does this?! I’ve used this pharmacy for a long time and have had no problems with any of the clerks other than this Jody woman, she’s always been passive aggressive and slightly rude every time I’ve picked up my medicine, and it isn’t just me, she’s been rude to others as well, I’ve witnessed it. And I know for a fact she was wrong because I called the closest pharmacy nearby and they said “sure, no problem! They will be filled tomorrow and ready for you to come pick up”. And I doubt the pharmacist or owner will do anything about this rudeness, they never do! Needless to say I will NEVER EVER use this trashy rude pharmacy ever again and I plan on making a complaint or speaking to the Owner about this. This woman literally denied me of my medication which is vital and very important that I have at all times. I do not recommend anybody use this pharmacy. I am forced to drive a town over just to get my prescriptions now because this single clerk. This is no way to run a business and especially a pharmacy where people depend on you to get them their medications in a timely manner! It honestly should be illegal for what she’s done. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS ITS AN EMERGENCY.

the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been in, I was treated so bad and the clerk with the brown hair and glasses treated me like dirt. She for one didn’t know what she was talking about and wouldn’t listen to me about what my doctor told me. She is a “know-it-all” and does not care if you get your medication or not. Pharmacist hears and see everything she says and does but I guess doesn’t care. I will never be using this pharmacy again, this is no way to run a business and hopefully someone else will open a new pharmacy in this town so people won’t have to deal with the rudeness when it comes to something as simple as getting your medications refilled. Absolutely awful, will be finding a new pharmacy FOR SURE 👎👎👎👎

What has happened since 2013--2014 ? Bless John's heart : he's the only one who's friendly. I know I don't "light up the room" w hen I walk in, but I'm a customer , and you get quite a bit of money from my account!
