Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was the first time we have used Enterprise in years. However, I will say it was top notch! The staff was super helpful. We rented a Jeep Wagoneer for a family trip. Garrett was great to work with! We will be using them again in the future! The whole transaction was smooth, easy, and quick!

Jacob and everyone in the office were great. No problems at all. I would use them again. First time I had to use a rental. Didn’t know what to expect. Worked out great.

Quick fast pretty easy, make sure you have a credit card or your screwed! They do not except Debit cards from out of staters. Fortunately I had one. Kept me from renting it for the whole week. The staff were pleasant eager to please.

Rented a car last week to drive to Florida for our family vacation. They set me up with Camry. The car ran smooth and perfect and I got excellent gas mileage (almost 37 mpg). The whole staff was exceptional and Landon took good care of everything for me. First time renting a car and they made it a great, stress free process. Thank you.

I ordered a pick up truck, but the representative had a minivan. I didn’t think I would like that minivan but that minivan was awesome. I definitely will go right again.

Had two back-to-back trips about a week apart and getting the rental, returning the rental, and the service was top notch the entire time! I had forgotten a pair of sunglasses in the rental and they were returned without any issues. Highly recommended!

Text sent to Enterprise on Friday night for a vehicle on Saturday morning. It was ready at 9 am and I was given an upgrade to a 2023 Dodge Charger. Called two days later to extend vehicle for two more days as my vehicle was not repaired. Absolutely no problem. Gentlemen were very pleasant and very knowledgable. I highly recommend Enterprise.

Customer service is excellent, not bc of any one person…it’s their whole team! They hustle, they problem solve, they get people moving, and they are professional and friendly as they do so. I’ve been to several enterprise locations and some move at a snail’s pace compared to this office. I’ve rented here a few times and it’s by far the best staffed. 🙌🏻

Had an excellent experience. The agents are very professional and strive to make you happy. The insurance wasn’t able to speak with my body shop and we’re in process of terminating rental car, the agents reached out to inform me of the situation. They had minimal cars when we initially rented, they allowed us to transfer vehicles to closely match my vehicle. Talent is multifaceted. Fantastic job!

Everyone at this Enterprise is so friendly and helpful! They are fast and value your time. They asked me if I was okay with a minivan, I told them I wouldn't feel very comfortable driving it because I'm use to a smaller car. They said that was fine they had a car almost ready to hit the road.

I live in Southwestern Virginia. Middlesboro KY. is the closest Enterprise to me (22 mi). There was a 2 day wait for a car so I had to go to Morristown, TN, to rent a car. I made the best of the trip. When I arrived, the staff was amazing. They made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. I believe the main employee helping me was Cody... or a name similar. He was fantastic and very detailed on instructions and making sure I had all the information I needed. I will rent from them again.
Oh yeah, I was able to return the car after hours to the Enterprise closer to me in Middlesboro, KY. without any hassles.

I got a great truck for a month (Dodge Rebel Hemi). And the young man that checked me in and out was very professional, helpful, and friendly. I can't remember his name but he was from Florida. Thank you for your great service sir!

I had to rent a car while mine was getting work done after a wreck. The guys here were so friendly, asked, but didn’t push products on me. They even called the next day to see if everything was ok with the car, and make sure my customer service experience was good.

The guys inside are fast friendly and help in any ways possible to make the rental experience easier.

The real test of a business and it's employees is when things go wrong. Everyone can handle happy customers, but the angry ones, that's the test. I was an angry customer, the woman who manages was terrific! Details don't matter, it's how in less than 5 minutes I was out the door and very happy. She is excellent at her job! The other employees were helpful and polite,
I couldn't ask for more.

Garrett went above and beyond to make this rental experience great! He made sure I was taken care of and had the best ride for my trip!

We were traveling this past weekend and our transmission went out in our vehicle leaving us stranded in a very unfamiliar area. I called and spoke with a man named Nick. He was so helpful and said I will come and get you. I was so thankful! He was very professional and helpful to our family. I highly recommend their services. Thank you so much Nick for helping us. Did I mention that it was 4:30 and they close at 5, but he still came to our rescue.
