They were faster than expected. They are always very polite. There was a customer there before I arrived who was going to be there for a much longer time and they offered to get him lunch and I thought that was so nice of them.

The service tech actually listened to what I had described as the problem/issue. And was able to accurately diagnose it, come up with a possible solution, and was very informative of the actions being made. I say "possible" solution, because this may or may not fix the issue. But only time and bellow freezing temperatures will tell. As always, I had a great service experience and can't thank the Bill Cole TEAM enough!!!

I made an appointment for an oil change online. When I came in the appointment did not show up. The service representative indicated they had time to do it anyway. Saved me another trip from Wheeersburg, OH I have always been pleased with Bill Cole’s service
