I don’t know where to start Alan and his staff are amazing people and great at their jobs. One of last places that’s still got integrity. I actually trust these people have our best interest at heart. Ty guys for actually caring and going beyond to make sure your patients get great care. I left Walgreens to go there because Walgreens is rude and they don’t care.

Best pharmacy I have ever dealt with !! Very kind & helpful. I am so thankful that I found such an amazing pharmacy! I highly recommend going to them.

Allen and his staff is absolutely the best in town. They have taken such great care of my mom and dad and me and they continue to. They even delivered my mom’s medicine whenever I wasn’t able to get there to pick it up. Doing the covid time Allen came out to their home and gave mom and dad their flu shots too. I just can’t say enough how great Allen and his staff at Value RX are. Thanks to Allen and staff at Value RX.

Allen/Alan (sp?) is great! His team is wonderful, too! They are all so helpful and patient. This is exactly what people mean when they refer to their pharmacy as a "small town pharmacy"... except I think it's actually a franchise/ chain. Either way, it feels small and personal.

We just recently moved to eastern Tennessee and I was looking for a new pharmacy. Value Rx in Talbott was highly recommended by my physician! Great Pharmacy and great staff! They are very friendly, skilled, and efficient. They were a great help in smoothing out the bumps in my new health care plan. I would not hesitate to recommend this good neighbor pharmacy to anyone.

Allen is just plain awesome and Kelsey is the best ☺!!! As well as all of the staff 🙂!!! They are simply the best and go above and beyond going out of their way to help you in any way they can. Can't thank you enough guys for all you do for me and my family

I cannot say enough things about this pharmacy and the staff. Every single person is always so genuine and kind. That's a very rare thing to find these days. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. My doctor recommended them and I'm sure glad they did.

Went there for my vaccine the other day. I had never used them previously but I saw great customer service and a good employee/client relationship between almost every customer that came through the drive-thru while I was there.

Wonderful customer service!! They received my prescription and processed it very fast. They were very friendly and showed that they appreciate their customers. Great prices as well!

The best pharmacy in town they go above and beyond to help anyone that comes to them, first time there and they stayed open ten minutes late to get my daughter her medicine

Very friendly Pharmacy staff.They have treated me so very kind even after losing my husband to Stage 4 Lung Cancer September 24,2016(even tho he NEVER drank,smoked nor done illegal drugs his whole 46yrs of life)

Quite simply the best customer service I have ever received from a pharmacy, ever. They had to go the extra mile to help me get the insurance company to pay for my meds.
