Hands down the best customer service a truck driver could receive. Security at the gate very nice and professional explanation for everything. Inside the ladies at the window very professional and hard working ladies doing there best to get us in and out. Free ice cream also don’t miss the case inside. And don’t forget to do a quick survey before you leave.

Truckers: In and out. Disconnect from trailer when you get in. Also, before coming in, make sure you get a washout and cool your trailer to -20 degrees they make you wait if it's not at least -10. But free Ice Cream in the office. And side note whoever bombs the driver bathroom clean up after yourself don't leave your fecal matter all over the toilet and floor. Thank you. Have a great day 😊

Security personnel at guard shack are very pleasant and informative. Good directions and location where to park empty trailer if drop and hook. Office staff at driver check in, shipping/receiving are polite and efficient. I dropped off a loaded trailer and picked up an empty. Empty trailer was clean inside, not the usual with pieces of broken pallets and dirt. Very efficient here and they take good care of your trailer when unloading. Love's truck stop in Dyersburg, TN 37 miles to the north, T/A truck stop on I-40 34 miles away. Wal-Mart's in area don't allow truck parking overnight. Would definitely return here again!

Great place to deliver. All staff is pretty awesome and helpful. They do their job, and do it well…! They do it pretty darn quick too..! Mrs. Sharon in the shipping/receiving office is an absolute delight to deal with. After weeks on the road, enjoying free ice cream was quite the treat.

Appt 1300. Arrived 1215. Check in with the guard shack. Make sure tem Reefer Temp is at least (-8°). Unfortunately, the guard will open your doors to inspect the trailer, so make sure your trailer is clean. Got a dock right away. Do not open doors when backing into the dock. Go inside the shipping office (clearly marked). Be polite to the lady in the office cuz she's awesome. Put 2 load locks in the trailer. Clean Restrooms available by the Shipping office. Vending machines available. Loaded 1400. Check out 1415. Please don't try to check in without your reefer temperature being at least (-8°). Be safe on the road.

Drop and hook in and out in less than an hour, probably could have been 30 minutes but I was taking my time. Nice people in the guard shack and office. Easy docking and all spots were numbered very clearly. Also free ice cream for drivers which is very much appreciated

Hands down the best USCS in the Country. Super nice staff and guards. Fast loading, even 5 hrs early. They could earn a 6th star if they had a scale on site.

This is the best place to load. People here treat you like if you work here! This is so cool to get into a place and be treated like this! Lady and a man at the gate, also lady at the receiver office super kind all of them plus you can try ice cream produced here as well! If I’ve got treated like this on Sunday what can you expect for the rest of the week, many people doesn’t likes to work Sundays. Super nice 👍!!!

Very professional and courteous!
I called ahead and was told I could come for my live unload up to two hours early. Yard dogs were polite and maneuvered at a safe speed. Plenty of room to set up and back in. No overnight parking so have a plan when you are unloaded.

So far the best place i had ever been. Friendly people, big and clean facility, fast load---and complymentary ice cream !!!

I was in and out in just under 2 hours. Everyone was friendly, and they have free ice cream for the drivers. I hope my company sends me to places like this more often. I'll certainly be on the lookout for loads delivering here once I'm an O/O.

Awesome place to deliver to. Came in six hours before appointment and got a door. Unloaded very fast. Very friendly employees. And and free ice cream. We will definitely be back. 😊😊😊👍👍

This place was amazing. The guard shack lady was friendly and helpful, which really helps things. There was room to maneuver to the dock and once inside, the process was simple and efficient. I definitely need to point out Sharon. She was so kind and helpful, not to mention beautiful.
There are places that drivers like going. For me, this is one of those places.

Appt time 7:00p. I called they said I could come early. Got there about 4:45p. Loaded within 2 hrs. No overnight parking. But there's a rest area 3miles up US51 NB. Sign says no overnight parking but no one bother me. Update: Turn reefer on -20.

This is my first time picking up from this location and they deserve all five of these stars! My load was actually loaded a day early, everybody from the guard to the clerk was super friendly and the best part FREE ICE CREAM!!!

Second USCS I've been to this week and both times they are absolutely phenomenal! Guards are super friendly upon entry and exit. This was a drop & hook--all drop and hook slots are marked, easy to find. Even my live unload in Ft. Worth took less than a hour total and also excellent, top knotch service ! The young lady in the shipping office today was very pleasant, respectful and spreads a positive and loving vibe--can't tell you how great this makes a tired and weary driver feel. Thank you!😊 Wish other facilities could model after USCS. You guys got it going on! Keep up the good work!🙏💙😇
