Mammoth Railway Cafe

Stopped in for lunch and couldn't have been better. Great plate for the kiddos, I had the pecan chicken salad and wife had the pulled pork. Tooped it off with couple scoops of ice cream for the kids and cheesecake for us. While there was one person doing all the work. Highly recommend

If you’re looking for an authentically pleasant place to eat, then look no further! This place had the most delicious dishes paired with incredibly friendly staff who chat recipes (if you ask it’s origin). My Cobb salad with raspberry vinaigrette was delicious and my boyfriend’s roasted turkey on a brioche bun was insanely good. Give this place a visit!

Adorable cafe with great charm and delicious food. Everything we ate was very fresh and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend the Derby Pie, one of the best pieces of pie I've ever tried!

This was a wonderful little find. The cafe is attached to an inn full of quaint trinkets. The food was delicious and not too expensive. The staff were friendly. We went at 11 and there was no one there.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place! Stopped in after kayaking in the National Park and was greeted into the most warm, cozy, and welcoming environment! The cafe is inside a grand building that the owners use as a bed & breakfast. We had delicious fried green tomatoes an AMAZING bacon cheese burger and the best brownie a-la-mode I've ever had in my life. The service was prompt and the wait staff were so hospitable! I would recommend it to anyone passing through the area! Next door are the historic Belle Tavern ruins which were interesting to look at after finishing such a memorable meal.

Catfish is flavorful really good seasoning. The sandwiches are really good and flavorful. The fries are also insane.

Soup is also alright.

The coffee is so good too. The staff is stellar! It's worth coming here after your tour or hike.

Our family of 4 stopped here for dinner and we are so glad we did! Not only was the food beyond delicious, but the hospitality was what absolutely made our visit so memorable. We are definitely stopping here again, will definitely book a room on our next trip to Cave City, and will most definitely be recommending this place to all our friends and family. Please stop here for a meal and and a moment to stop, breathe, and enjoy the surroundings. You’ll be so glad you did!

Great food, beautiful, historic setting

Enjoyed a delicious, hospitable, and interesting lunch with my family. All our food was prepared fresh and tasted great. Bourbon chicken, chicken salad, Italian hoagie, chicken noodle soup, and deserts. Staff and owners were very friendly and the historic building was well preserved. Thank you for a great experience! We'll be back next time we're in the neighborhood.

Although this is not a "quick trip" meal it was well worth the wait. Our food was delicious, hot and freshly prepared. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The meals are fairly priced. We will definitely visit again.

Such an interesting place! We stopped by for dinner on our way home to Alabama. It's a slight detour off the interstate, but well worth the couple extra minutes. The food was amazing and the owners were super friendly. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness! I felt like I was eating Sunday dinner at my Nana's house. The food was unbelievably awesome and the prices were crazy low! Service was wonderful. The bed and breakfast where it is located is gorgeous.

Limited menu, but delicious! The food and service was fantastic and the place was very clean and quaint. The chef even brought my baby a cup of applesauce without me requesting it. The railway decor was pretty neat.

Awesome. Wonderful food. Very nice people. Great pricing. If possible, you should check this place out. Again really great food; the people and price are like the chocolate drizzle on their cheesecake, just extra niceties.

This is a new favorite that we'll be sure to visit every time we're in the area. The service is great and the food is superb. I got the burger and my friend got the pulled pork and they were both flavorful and delicious

I really enjoyed this place. The food was good, the prices were good and it's in a very cool old hotel. I came here on a Saturday night, it was very quiet and relaxing. The people who were running the restaurant that night were super nice. I will definitely eat here again.

A beautiful place to share a freshly made meal! It was a little pricey but we would much rather have this than fast food. The building is worth stopping by, beautifully decorated and well maintained historic decor!

We are traveling for a gun match at Rockcastle and came for lunch. WOW talk about amazing. Gorgeous place, wonderful people and DELICIOUS food. We will be coming back and staying at the bed and breakfast and of course to eat at the cafe again.

The food was excellent, service is great, atmosphere is quiet and quaint. Background music is nostalgic of times gone by. Beautiful restoration of this historic Victorian building, a Park City gem
