Tim and his crew came and packed all of our son's things in his apartment to move him for a new job. They did a fantastic job. All the guys were courteous and respectful. A mat was put down when they got there to keep the floors as clean as possible. Everything was very carefully packed and wrapped. They took the time to explain things to us and make certain everything was the way we wanted it for our son. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning to move.

My move with Walker transfer-Powell is by far THE BEST move I have experienced in my 73 years.
Jay and his associate were prompt, professional and personable. Their methodology in loading and unloading made it easier when the items were placed as noted on the boxes which in turn made my unpacking more efficient.
They took care not to damage walls in both the old and new residences, placed runners so that no wet tracking was done during the rainy day.
Should you be looking for a professional moving company at a fair cost I highly recommend Walker Transfer-Powell, ask for Jay.

My husband and I completed our seventh company move. This move was by far the smoothest from start to finish. This time around we experienced virtual whole house inventory session to prepare for the move. Scheduling was well organized and accommodating our busy travel schedule. The best part was our driver Benito and the packing crews hired on both ends were efficient, professional and respectful of our belongings. I would hire Powell Transfer moving again and certainly request Benito. Thank you for making this move seamless. Pack, load deliver and put together beds etc in two days. Mitch and Angelina are a dream team. They were great people and did their jobs so unbelievably well. I appreciate that they helped us move, but what I appreciate even more is the care they took in making sure items were secure and taken care of. In the unloading process we asked that they keep a lot of boxes packed in the basement and garage, but they took it to the next level on their organization and expert Tetris skills so that both areas were usable and it has been so easy to find specific item that we need. I will forever be grateful the them and how easy and fun they made the moving process especially being 7 months pregnant. Thank you to you both again!

Exceptional Customer Service!!! David Puskas and his Team did Amazing with our move!! They went above and beyond, showing up early and packing everything with super care!! They were Professional, Friendly and Efficient!! We moved from Indiana to Texas and they were able to get our things sooner than anyone would give us!! Everything arrived in Mint condition!! My coordinator was Ellie Muilenburg and I am so thankful she was so experienced and knowledgeable. We had to delay our move by a month just 1 week from our scheduled move date. She was very nice about rescheduling and recoordinating the move. That reduced a stressful situation to a manageable situation for us. Thanks also to both Mitch’s team and Mel’s team for their professionalism and understanding and great communication.

Nathan was fantastic. He was friendly and reliable. Always on time, and was able to pack, load, and deliver us our home goods in a timely manner. I would recommend him and work with him again anytime.

La Donna was pleasant and helped me through the whole process. The movers arrived on time, worked hard and fast. They were careful with everything. Very nice and respectful. It was a good experience all around.

I used this service (11/2/22) to move ALL the contents of my mother’s house. No small feat in and of itself as everything had amassed over 35 years. The guys showed up exactly when they said they would. From the moment they got there they were moving. They were polite, professional and fast. I was a little concerned about the laminate floors, as there was a quarter ton safe to move. But not only did they move it and get it loaded, but did so without a blemish to the floors. No marks on walls or ceilings either. It was exactly the same at our destination. The guys are pros. They were very nice to my mother. All she had to do is point where she wanted things placed. The office staff stayed in constant contact and did a follow up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. I have zero complaints. They were the epitome of how a moving business should be run.

Jose (our driver) and his packing and delivery teams were phenomenal. They were incredibly courteous, packed everything with care, and put down protective matting to cover our hardwood flooring before doing any work. Would highly recommend!

All the representatives we worked with were professional, helpful, kind, hardworking, and efficient. Some details of packing could be improved, but overall, everything went well.

Shawn and Shellie were great picking up, transporting, and delivering our household items. The office support from Shelley was also terrific.
