I was traveling through and wanted to get in a lift. They offer day-passes, but they actually are part of the multi-gym plan that my insurance uses.

In short - It's a good place to lift, I recommend it.

The equipment is well spaced out, so you don't feel like you're in anyone's way. They have 2 quality power cages for squats and such. They have a platform for deadlifts. They have at least 3 benches, with fixed benches for incline and decline, if you desire. The flat bench is wide and sturdy. They have enough cable machines scattered around that I didn't have to wait on anyone. The cardio area is larger than I would have expected for a typical gym. The equipment was all well-maintained.

The clientele is nice - good manners, no annoying people, and helpful when you need a spot.

The gym and bathrooms are clean. There is only 1 shower in the men's locker room, but it seems like most people just shower at home so there was no wait. It's a very nice shower.

Apparently they have a sort of pro-shop with food (actual food, not just shakes and supplements), but it had closed before I got there.

In short, if you're looking for a local gym, or are passing through and want a day-pass, give this place a try.

The two young ladies that signed me up were helpful in answering my questions and showing me around the gym and what it offers. Sauna yay! Yoga yay!!!! Treadmill yesss. I joined. Thanks girls. Best gym in town and super clean.

Best gym in Deming by far! Gabe's is openly inviting with good parking, has all the strength and free weights you need along with cardio equipment, a CrossFit area, outside tires, and rope climb, rowers, ski erg, heavy bags; can't beat an infrared sauna, massages, and a protein shake bar. Also, the staff is amicable. Some of the equipment is slightly worn, but nothing terrible. Overall very happy to be a member.

I'm an older overweight woman. I am not at all intimidated; the atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable and very helpful. I feel perfectly at home. I can't wait to see where Gabe's Fitness takes me. My Doctor recommended this gym to me and told me that Gabe was a great guy. My Doctor was right. So Happy with this health benefit!!!

Best gym in Deming. Has all of the equipment you need. Staff is great and Gabe(owners) make you feel welcome.

I was in Deming for a travel PT contract and joined Gabe's fitness. It was a great place to meet people and the gym was clean and had a variety of equipment. I was impressed with the knowledge of the instructors of the group classes. Nick, was knowledgeable on the principles of safe exercise and was always attentive to class members to provide modifications to meet their skill level and help prevent injury. His class was by far the BEST exercise class I have ever participated in. During the gym closure due to COVID-19, Nick kept our class together virtually and provided workouts for us to do on our own and home and kept the class motivated to keep exercising! If I return to Deming, I will for sure join Gabe's fitness again! Thank you to everyone at the gym for making my stay in Deming enjoyable!

Simply put- Gabe's is the best gym I've ever gone to. The gym itself has every piece of equipment you could possibly need and all of it is clean and well maintained. But what really sets Gabe's apart is the atmosphere. Gabe has really done a great job of keeping a gym where everybody is welcome- from people just starting their fitness journey to more advanced bodybuilders and powerlifters. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Gabe himself makes a point to make everybody feel welcome and appreciated. It I could give 10 stars, I would.

I stopped in a few times while staying in Deming for travel. What a fantastic gym! Spacious, clean, and great equipment (especially the free weights/CrossFit area!). Gabe was really friendly and I felt very welcome. I wish I had a gym like this in my hometown.

Guerro’s line dancing class here is the best fitness class I’ve ever been to! The dances are so fun to learn and the music bops. Every teacher (especially Guerro) is so welcoming and high energy! You WILL sweat through your shirt in this class (and have a blast doing so). I don’t live in Deming anymore, but if I did, you’d know where to find me every Tuesday and Thursday. Listening to Toma Toma today and missing Gabe’s Fitness❤

Gabe’s is that place. That place you can go where everyone is so helpful and nice and they know you by name. Gabe always makes it a point to say hello. This is coming from someone who was intimidated to join a gym. I joined because I was going to be in town for a couple months and they had CrossFit. I’ve never done CrossFit before and was a bit nervous to try. Nick and Lisa are the instructors and have been amazing. I’ve learned a lot in the short time I was there. Plus you leave there with a killer workout. Just wanted to say thank you and you guys set the bar high for the next gym I go to.

It's the most amazing Gym in town. U GOTTA TRAIN. THIS IS THE Gym Trust me.

This gym outperforms competition with 3 times the square footage. Get after it. 🤘

Gabe sets a great Example, the Gym Represents Him. Its a 5 Star Gym. I am Grateful for a Gym this Size, and its equipment, Staff, Location, etc. Thank You!

The only gym I go to whenever I visit Deming. Gabe has all the equipment you need to work out and its also conveniently located in the heart of town.

No frills gym with plenty of equipment and super friendly staff. Had a wonderful workout. Be advised there’s no showers.

Clean equipment I go early it's not crowded before I highly recommend it Best in Deming!!!

My son and myself went to Gabes for some info on training. Gabe and his staff were really helpful and informative. My son starts training next week
