Tilde is a farm dog, and not very used to people. She also had a lot of mats on her butt pads. Kristina was able to get her brushed out and didn't shave her. With winter coming up, I was afraid she would have to be shaved and not have enough protection for the winter. Kristina did a fantastic job!

Extremely helpful and courteous staff! They were able to help us get our new addition to the family settled quite nicely. Shout out to Angie for going over and beyond to make sure scheduling his training was an easy and efficient process!

Great place for bringing my boys to go shopping. My two Huskies love looking at the fish and chinchillas. We love going to the Petsmarts out on the road as we are truck drivers.

I absolutely love the helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to help answer any questions we may have. Especially with the kids. This store and enterprise has not disappointed me yet.

I took my best friend Lucy to PetSmart Grooming for her "spa day". They treated her like the little princess she is and did a great job grooming her. Christina gave her extra special care and I felt secure in knowing I was leaving her in good hands! When I picked her up she was all smiles and even got a "perfect" report card!😊🐶 Thanks Christina and the rest of the staff family at PetSmart Grooming !!

Today was my first time taking my Bully Mix by the grooming salon for a nail trim. I will say, I don't shop here for pet food, treats, or accessories, as I go to Pet Food Center for those items. However, I can definitely speak to how awesome the groomers were today. Even though she is an amazing dog and has the sweetest nature, a lot of people are afraid of bully breeds (such as APBTs, rottweilers, and American bullies) so they are generally hesitant to even allow my pup to be around them. She is definitely high strung though (7 months old, it's expected), and that scares a lot of people as well. The groomers welcomed her with open arms, and they were so kind and reassuring to me. I'm grateful for them and how I was received by the entire crew. Although I have only ever met one person that she doesn't like, and for good reason, she liked them too!

I have came here pretty much my whole life to supply my reptiles and my kitties, and ever since Hailey got hired on she’s gotta be my favorite cashier there! She’s always so kind and helped me with a food idea when I had a picky snake. Kind AND helpful service every time!

There was a miscommunication with a puppy training class. The staff did EVERYTHING they could to resolve this situation. I am very thankful for the professional and FAST response to this issue. Well done!

This is a great store. The staff Is helpful and the dog training is worthwhile.

They were very fast at getting my dog for a nail trim and smoothing. Rachel was incredible. She carried my dogs food to the front and took it out to my truck for me. She was very nice and helpful.

Went there to buy a few things ended up spoiling my dogs. So much to choose from

Peyton in the grooming salon is amazing. My furbaby is 15 yrs old and Peyton is so sweet and patient with her. Understanding that my girl can't see or hear very well anymore, Peyton is an angel.

Love this store. Bought our first hamster for our kids for Christmas I had great services from the right food to the toys to buy for him. Also info on how to care for him.

Never had any troubles at this store. Sometimes the lines back up, but they're quick to open more registers when that happens.

Nice clean pet store. We got some snails, a pump, and a bubbler for a school project.

They take great care of my puppers. I can almost always find a convenient time to bring them in.

Had everything we needed and staff was pleasant.
