I had a wonderful interviewer that explain how & why of my unemployment & how to fill out my papers. I didn't have a long wait because I had an appointment. So overall it was finally good to go on inside of office & have someone to help you to file for your unemployment.

They owe me unemployment from May 13th of 2020 Until August 18th, 2021.
I cannot get anybody on the phone, and you can't just go in there without an appointment.. They tell you to go online to make an appointment, and there are no appointments available Online. What are you supposed to do? If anybody can help I would appreciate it!

They are NOT following protocol for handling the claims in the order they were recieved!!! A friend who filed a month after me has already been contacted and is being helped, I have still never been contacted at all. Absolutely rediculous and illegal.

Trying to post a job opening and have called 15 times in last 2 hours. Keeps saying busy so try again. Not good. Hate to complain but they should at least have it where employers can leave a contact.
