Went in to look at some UTV’s after looking at other makes and models. After I mentioned to Jesse what I had looked at and what I was looking for, he was quick to narrow down the search to a few models. While this whole process took at least 4 hours, Jesse was understanding and most importantly, patient. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my concerns/questions. He gave me space when I needed it and offered assistance when he knew I was pondering. Eventually I decided on a Polaris 1000 Premier. Jesse was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process and made sure I felt comfortable. He even helped get it delivered same day!!

I started doing business with Neessen Polaris about three years ago and I go in three or four times a year. I don’t spend a great deal of money whenever I do go in but they always remember my name and they treat me like we’ve been friends for years. Unfortunately I don’t know everyone my name but the people I’ve dealt with the most are definitely top notch. Joseph Hamilton back in the service department is more than happy to offer advice if I’m doing a DIY project and one of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys I’ve met in the business. And in the parts department, where I do most of my business, Ozzy and Darius are the best parts guys I’ve ever dealt with. They make certain I get the right part, get it quickly, and call me as soon as it arrives. In short, the guys at Neessen Polaris are the best I’ve ever done business with, that’s why I drive past two other dealerships to do business with them.

I have been doing business with Neessen Polaris since just after they opened. I have bought several units from them and they do all of our service. The parts and service department is responsive and timely with excellent follow through and excellent phone support. Sales is great but it is service that makes or breaks a dealership. Due to our ranch we own 10 Polaris units from kid Rangers to 4 wheelers to Ranger XP1000's and after dealing with multiple other dealers over the years we are extremely happy with Neessen.
