I had a great experience when I went in to get my passport application processed on August 7th. The postal lady (wish I remembered her name). She has a baby girl…was super nice and helpful. She did not rush me along and answered all of my questions. I’m sending my son in there tomorrow and hopefully he gets the same level of courtesy-

I came in on 5/9 to renew my passport. Liza was professional, knowledgeable. And extremely polite. Amazing experience.

I’d read bad reviews of this location in terms of how they handle passports but we had no issues. I had an appointment but my husband didn’t. We filled out our paperwork online, printed it out, and had all the other necessary documentation with us. The entire process took less than 10 minutes per person (including our wait time) and Hector was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I are both military and have out of state IDs so we made sure to have both forms of ID when we showed up. We also had our checkbook since we knew they wouldn’t take credit cards for some of the payments. I can only assume the negative reviews here come from people who don’t read the instructions on how the process works. Do your research before you go and it’s quite simple!

Nicole was of great help to me. She is very nice and courteous and answered all my questions. The problem is the amount of people pouring to that place for only one USPS employee so please give her a break and be courteous and in return she will take care of you. Great service.

Quick and easy! Mr. Hector was very helpful and made sure i had all the right forms filled out and ready to go. I suggest you make an appointment and having checks ready to go will save some time.

On the passport side, Hector was super professional and patiently waited for me to get 2 extra money orders next door at the post office. I had no problems or rejections when handing in all of the documents needed for my passport.

Online states they take passport walking from 11-3:30pm.
The building has signs that states no walk-ins on Wednesday.
This is not true according to the employees there. They stop taking walk-ins at 3pm, and will not take any more walk-in even 1 min after.
A bit disappointed I took off early from work made the drive there just to hear this. The gentleman working was helpful but not so much the lady.

I wish they could communicate better with with the website.

I have little baby chicks Express mailed through the mail and they kept updating it and telling me that they were coming in on the 3rd and they were absolutely wrong they came in several days earlier and I almost couldn't pick them up and it then it happened 40 baby chickens would have died because they can't be bothered to keep up to date on their stuff
