I needed a specific sized couch. Pierce employees even got the tape measure out for me! They worked with me so well and were so patient. They did everything possible to make me happy. Love that!!!! ❤

I was in need of some living room furniture and time was of the essence, as one of the recliners of my love seat had broken and couldn't be used at all. I went to Pierce and viewed their merchandise. To be fair, I then visited their competition in town and realized the prices at Pierce were much lower. I could buy better recliners and still pay less than I would have with their competitors. Pierce also offers 18 months no interest financing. I bought these recliners 15 minutes before closing. I was not rushed at all. Their concern was helping my wife and I, not going home. As I was off work the next day, they agreed to deliver my recliners the next day before noon. As expected, they delivered as promised. The delivery men were quick, certious and professional. They agreed to remove the damaged love seat. It was a very easy process. It is businesses like this that reaffirm my belief that as citizens in a smaller town, we should shop locally and support these businesses that employ our citizens and add to our local tax base. Pierce Furniture thank you for your service to our town and local areas.

Just bought a sofa and love seat from there 3 weeks ago, I’m 💯% happy with that store. I first went in like 5 weeks ago and didn’t really have what I wanted, and without me even asking, they went above and beyond to get me what I was looking for, I guess they knew I would say yes lol! I always find exactly what I'm looking for at Pierce Furniture Gallery. The staff are helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions. I bought a bed today, and it is lovely! The prices are nice, too. The delivery men were friendly, right on time, and got the bed put together very quickly. I'm always happy with the great service I receive; the staff does an excellent job!

Alwaus friendly staff. They alwaus go over and beyond to help u get what u want. They never try to convince u to get something u don't want. No matter what your credit situation is, they'll find a way. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

I found a marvelous comfortable recliner to replace an old one that has served me well. The lady was helpful and friendly and I was very pleased with the assistance I received. I like the service and merchandise and that's why I am a repeat customer.
