I had a wonderful experience with Valerie today! She understood my needs and got me the exact service i wanted. she was nice, patient, and presented a great personality. she showed me everything this company had to offer. I recommend everyone stopping in and asking for Valerie specifically!

Valerie went above and beyond to help me out because the guys online were not even trying to help me but she took care of the problem quickly!!

I actually owe Optimum twice and I can definitely definitely say that they are an awesome company will work with you as long as they can if you're having difficulties and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy and make sure that all services are being met I'm just in oh I give them five stars Plus as soon as I pay my debt to them I will be in Optimum customer again.

This has got to be the worst business ever. They have no compassion for the customer are treating them with respect they have the Market in Snyder TX so they don't care how bad they treat you we've been out of internet for 9days although we are completely paid up they accidentally turned our service off and openly admitted it being there fault they still have not gotten our services back on...////I just got a message from David asking me to contact him so I will get you a update if he helps us

the worst company ever to deal with! customer service is horrible and they give the run around! The lack of knowledge and help for their customers is mind blowing. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
