Our needs have changed for my business Exquisite Homestead Creations so I stopped in the Hamilton AT&T store & Hannah was great. She answered all my questions & helped me to change my plan to what I was needing. After talking to two other employees at two other locations she was the only one to tell me about the plan I decided to get, which was the one I truly needed. Though we live over an hour away from that store I would try to return there for any phone upgrades or plan changes if I could. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Jessica really took care of me and my son with our new service. I had been with sprint for 22 years so changing my service was not something I took lol lightly. Jessica really helped me make that decision a lot easier with her great attention and above and beyond efforts to make sure we got the phones and plan we needed. I’m definitely a satisfied customer.

I had a terrible experience at the Winfield store. The Area Manager (Regional Manager) not sure which and Maria gladly took the products I received from the Winfield store and fixed all my issues. I will definitely be doing all of my business with the Hamilton store from now on. Thank yall!

Was very pleased with their customer service..Jessica was the only worker at the time I got there at 9:15..a.m..she did above and beyond her job...taking care of customers an making sure they were satisfied when they left.

Great place with friendly staff, if you get the chance ask for Ramey. He's a great salesman that will give you all the options you need to get what you want and even some things you didn't know you needed.
