There was a manager there named Whitney and she was awesome and patient and kind to us. This is the best manager I’ve seen at any McDonald’s.

I recently went to the downtown Anniston location. I ordered a chicken nugget combo meal in the drive thru. When I got to the window to pay the woman said my total was $27 and some change. I was shocked and explained she must have another order confused as mine. Noway did nuggets cost that! The clerk was rude claiming that I must be playing a trick on her and she didn't appreciate it. I explained that I just had a nugget meal. She said that since I was playing games with her I was gonna have to go back around and reorder, IF HER MANAGER COULD DELETE THE ORDER. Even after all that I went back around and reordered. The nuggets that I received were so hard, there was no way I could eat them. I have always had a good experience with McDonald's. So please despite this review now that this isn't the normal customer service provided

Very friendly workers here and great management especially Whitney! She is so helpful and kind!

Food was awesome, restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. One small critique would be they need to pay attention to the little table numbers for orders but other than that a overall great experience.

Always best place stop in or dine in or ready to go. The app is a good source to have and you can earn extra points for free food. Who wouldn't love free food. Thanks NH

The place was lean, the employees were friendly and helpful!!! I got a sausage/ egg/cheese McMuffin and the bread was tender and sausage,egg and cheese were delicious!! I reccomend it.

As always the food is good, clerks are cheerful & helpful. I really enjoy having breakfast 24-7. Don't want to go to (the other place that stays open 24-7 & serves breakfast 24-7.) I really enjoyed the "McFish Bites." Please bring them back. Fish is good for us & this is an easy way slip this into out diets. Kids really like them. Thanks for giving we customers an opportunity to express our opinions.

The service is good and the inside is always clean. Just like any service sometimes you can not get a milkshake for some unknown reason.

Me and my mom had breakfast there we had to make griddle chickens two for $3 it was awesome great fast probably there maybe 5-10 minutes if that and the people were awesome.

Great place to work! The employees are passionate about their jobs. Even though this McDonald's is located in an area with oftentimes difficult customer situations, we strive to reasonably satisfy our customers.

Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The strawberry smoothie was on point, first time trying it. The staph we're fast and friendly.

Ordered a hamburger hold the bun hold the meat extra ketchup it was worth their reaction

Ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets they was hard I tired to give some to my niece she didn't even want them they was dry I had to take them back. Even after I asked for them to be cooked fresh and make sure there not hard
