AT&T Store

Great customer service , I had the pleasure of being attended to by Alyssa she was very knowledgeable detailed oriented and specifically tailored her mass knowledge to the needs of my visit to the store , I would not only give a 5 star rating to the QUINTARD AT&T store in general , but a 5 star rating to Alyssa B to be specific , should you ever have the pleasure of going to this store Alyssa should be the very first person you ask for. If I had the capabilities to promote Alyssa, I would promote her today on the spot , that’s how satisfied I was with her.

The woman who helped me out, I believe her name was Alyssa, did a fantastic job with helping me transfer everything over from my old phone to the new one. She also did a wonderful job in thoroughly explaining everything about my new phone, the details of my plan, and how much everything would cost. I rate my experience with her and the overall friendliness of the store as 5 stars.

The store manager at the Anniston AT&T store is a true asset to AT&T. I talked with him twice on the phone this morning and he was very courteous, patient, professional and knowledgeable with my questions. I really appreciate someone in his position making the customer feel that he is truly appreciated, Job well done, Eric. Thanks.

Lyndsey and Eric are the greatest at the 1830 Quintard Ave Anniston, Al store. Lindsey was so patient setting up my new iPhone the way I wanted it, and Eric was always able to answer all my questions when Lindsey was helping other customers.

The AT&T Store provided excellent Service. Daniel The Retail Sales Consultant as very Helpful and Knowledgeable..Confirmed hard Questions with Managers ..

Chris was the rep who helped me. I got a car charger. He explained the difference between the 40 watts and the 25 watts charger.

Also, I asked Chris about the Z fold phone. Every question was answered completely.

Give him a raise! He didn't pressure me, and he was very professional

Greg was absolutely the best AT&T representative I've ever dealt with. I've been an AT&T customer over 25 years, have never had the customer service as I received on September 8th, 2023. Thank you.

The representative we saw was Maddie. She is amazing. She went above and beyond for us. We had some trouble the next day with our phone, it wasn't anything she did the fault was on total wireless, I called her and she was on her lunch break but still answered the phone and put aside time for us even though she was on break. She did an amazing job and made sure we got everything we needed. She explained everything in a way that could be understood and walked us through everything. We would definitely recommend people to come see her at that store

The young lady that helped me was very nice professional and answered all my questions. She even told me about sales and new offers. I wish I could remember her name , but once I see her I’ll remember her face again. Thank you for great customer service. 🌟this was about one particular employee I do not remember her name.

I will advise more training in customer service. I went to pay some bills because I’m a bit old fashioned and I still like to pay some of my bills in person as well I’ve been a AT&T customer for almost 5 years with multiple services, but on this particular day, their was a lady waiting before I got there. This lady was waiting on someone to address her for almost 20 minutes and she was an elderly lady. No one had even looked her way. I had been there almost 10 minutes. No one said excuse me we apologize for the inconvenience. Someone will be with you shortly. I had to bring up a complaint and asked for the general manager which one of the young ladies played like she didn’t know the general manager or his phone number which was very disturbing because I know in training, they teach you all of this information. I’ve been in customer service for almost 20 years and I’ve never experienced such a horrible and lack of communication between customers and staff, I will recommend this regional manager or general manager or store manager train their employees on customer service before a secret shopper come and visit the store. If I had been the secret shopper that day everyone in that building would’ve been written up. REMEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’m going to rate this AT&T store five stars now because the customer service experience has gotten so much better. I’m a frequent customer and now I can truly said I’m pleased and satisfied with my experience with AT&T in Anniston Alabama. When I wrote the first review I was very unsatisfied and not happy about the customer service at all but since then the customer service has done a 360 a total change. The entire staff their usually busy, but now they all take the time to greet their customers they even have someone come up to a customer and say we apologize about the way someone will be with you soon as possible they even offer to show you new products while you’re waiting, and I am extremely pleased with the turn around. I appreciate the management team for taking into consideration, their customers, needs you have to remember the customers help keep the business thriving. I appreciate the wonderful customer service at the store. I will recommend anyone to shop or pay a AT&T bill at this location.

I went in to my local official At&t store in Anniston Alabama to take Advantage of their current trade-in promotion. I was able to upgrade to the S22 ultra. The phone is great and I was able to add a work number as it is dual SIM capable. I am very satisfied with the representative and all of my issues were solved in one visit. I appreciate the personal touch of shopping in-store. I highly recommend this store and the associates that work there.

This store is great!! As soon as one of the workers saw me getting out of my truck with my crutches, he came out to the truck and helped me in. Once inside the service he gave me was exceptional. He took care of all my concerns, increased my At@t service and did so while finding ways to save me money. I would recommend this store to everyone.

I placed my order online but when I got to the store to pick it up the order had not completed and I had already paid I was very very upset but the sales man assured me that the would do what he could to fix it the manager of the store came back in after just leaving 30 min prior and within 30 to 35 min we were finished and had our phones and on our way home..they were excellent in providing my husband and I with the beat service I have ever had at ANY PLACE of business I will be telling everyone to go to the at and t store on quintard in Anniston Alabama they are wonderful

I had problems with the company with my billing. I came to the Anniston store and Joey, Alyssa, and Eric were awesome to help me. I've dealt with Joey before and he has always been very courteous and professional.

Great customer service! Saved me a some money on my monthly bill. Dustin is the best! He was super helpful and and had some helpful suggestions. 10/10 would visit again. Waaaaay better than Cats.

We had a great experience in the store today. Lyndsey was very helpful and took great care of us. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure all of our services worked before we left the store.
