Downtown Red Bay RV Park

It’s great for what it is, a place to park overnight waiting for the RV to be serviced at one of the many Tiffin places in town. Full hook ups, easy to walk around town- make sure to check out where Tiffins are born and take the tour!!

This is a wonderful place to stay when in Red Bay. All concrete and wonderful newer hookups. The family that owns the park are just delightful.

One of the nicest self service parks in Red Bay! Owners are super friendly and it sits literally right off the main downtown street. Walking distance to Big Star market and the newest Tiffin Customer Service Lounge. There's also a fenced yard for your pets to roam. My only complaint was the water pressure was a little low, but other than that, this is the perfect spot!

Vicki was great to work with and very helpful in allowing us to stay in the same spot for 10 nights. We believe the location is the best in Red Bay as it allowed us to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping. It's one of the few campgrounds that has concrete slabs. Vicki allowed all the dog owners to use the fenced grassy area adjacent to our site to allow the dogs to run and play. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Red Bay in the future. Great place to stay, low daily or weekly rate. Ten all concrete sites FHU. Bill & Linda are wonderful people. They keep an eye on things for their son and grandson who own the park. We like to stay here just to see Bill & Linda and of course all the Tiffin owners you will meet during your stay.

This is an awesome RV park. The owners are able to assist you in any way and go out of their way to be hospitable. You will be parking on concrete - not rock, so it is not dusty as the Tiffin Campground or some of the other campgrounds. You are convenient to shops and churches so you can either drive or walk and be very safe to do so. It is not a resort but it is a good place to stay while you are having service at Tiffin.

Exactly as review stated, all concrete with full hookups. Very convenient to town and Tiffin for necessary work. All concrete is great for a rainy time of year. Will stay again.

We will be waiting for 3 days for Tiffin to work on our (home) and w/ fuel going up, having a place to stay that is slightly over a mile to where in 3 days has quite a few bonus- one is walking distance to quite a few shops. The other great thing is having a management team that answer your calls or will again call you back- ‘seriously’ they do call back. While here go to the piggly wiggly grocery store 1.2 miles (E on 4th) from here, they have a great selections of meals they cook on sight.

There is a lot of traffic sounds and its busy at times , but this doesn't brother us. I am enjoying the location and how friendly and caring the owners are. Our first trip to Red Bay and the southern hospitality is outstanding.

This is a small, self serve campground near the Tiffin facility. It is walking distance to the Tiffin factory and downtown Red Bay. The people who run this park are outstanding, friendly and keep up the property. We will return here.

Very nice, small RV park. Owner will reserve a site for you. $25/night cash/check in payment box. Unattended. Full Hookups, but no restrooms/showers. Sites are level and concrete. Will stay here again!

All concrete parking. Great place to stay when getting your motor coach serviced or taking a tour of the Tiffin Motorhome plant. Located in the center of Downtown Red Bay.

Best place if in town for Tiffin tour or service. Concrete pad here is better than mud and gravel at other facilities.
