KFC

Prices have gone up since I last visited. Food was great, the service was great, the order came up fast, and the workers were friendly.

My aunt and I love this KFC because of how open the staff is with their customers and sometimes you can have just the most hilarious banter going on between the staff members.
The day that I stopped in their biscuit oven went down and let's face it, their biscuits are worth the trip alone. But they compensated with cookies so that was okay.
I felt real bad because the manager was stressing just a tad and you could tell that the others were too.
Regardless, food was delicious and it's worth the trip

Melissa was the sweetie today she paid it forward even thoe she didn't have too.. she has great customer service I hope she was the manger because she was awesome. From her compliment to my hair and earrings she helped me with some change I was short I didn't want to break a 20 jus for 2.00 but she said no worries I got you so may God continue to keep here safe and blessed 😊

this was one of my best fast food experiences. the customer service of this place is extraordinary. Andi Pankow was the nicest young lady I have come across with in my life. She brought my food out in a timely matter, and with a smile! I will definitely be coming back. (p.s. that girl deserves a raise!)

In the past whenever I would go to KFC it was dirty and the service was slow. Today I went to KFC and was pleasantly surprised to see they had really stepped up their game. I ordered the extra crispy $20 fill up meal and received it within 90 seconds

The Manager here is awesome he works hard to please the customers Mr. Shavion Brooks. The line was kinda long in the drive thru but he was so pleasant that I didn't mind the wait.

Great food as always, but they need to work on wait times and with construction going on it is very dangerous pulling out of the drive thru to park back into the lot to wait for food. Just an FYI

Good food and service were good, but it's dirty and nasty inside, especially the tables.

Love KFC!!! Unfortunately they always forget something so you have to check your bag before you leave and there seems to be a lot of drama behind the counter, unnecessary drama

It's great with the spicy chicken sandwich and fries and a drink.

Tonight's dinner was outstanding.
The staff was very polite, and the chicken and sides were hot and fresh.

The guy on the counter would not let me purchase what I really wanted to eat so I went with the turkey pot pie then later on the manager came over to me and asked me how everything was and I told them he gave me what I wanted to order in the first time the manager was awesome

These guys are always friendly, the food is fresh and awesome and if it ever isn't they offer to replace it, even when they're very busy, and they don't get my order wrong.

Long line in the drive thru but the food is worth it and the staff at West bend store were very nice!

The food came out nice and hot that's what I look for when I go Thru the Drive thru.

This KFC is operating while being WAY understaffed. They are still doing an AMAZING job!!!!!

Nice sizes of chicken with a lot of meat on them and very good taste and we like having choices that are affordable.

Quick fix when you need classic old school chicken. Drive through was super fast.

Food was great. Customer service was excellent
