I visited your West Bend store for the first time today. What phenomenal employees you have working there. Jonathan helped me tremendously. I had that poor guy running around. He did not mind. Always had a smile on his face. The manager was quick to help with some questions I had. If you could clone all the workers there today, Nov. 19th, do it. This world would be a wonderful place. Keep these employees, and your business will thrive. Thanks so much Jonathan for everything you did for me. Keep up the good work.

Great selection of high-end, brand-name shoes. Great customer service! If they are out of a size that you are interested in, they will get them in from a different store to accommodate you.

Rogans Shoes has been one of my favorite shoe stores since I was a kid! Always love the rotating selection of shoes! They have Nike, New Balance, Carolina work boots, Wolverine, Crocs, Adidas, K Swiss, and a ton of new or classic brands! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! The Buy One, Get One 1/2 off deal is great, 2 pairs for a cheaper price is always a win! Check out the store inside or online and I hope you find something you love just like I do! 👍

This is Don Whitenight's wife, Shannon. I just want to say that my 12-year old son and I had an extraordinary experience in the West Bend store! Hannah went above and beyond customer service. My son has special needs and was leary about coming into the store (he doesn't like to hear music playing above in most stores). Hannah said she could turn the music down low--which she did! She also helped him with trying on 2 pairs of shoes and gave him some tips with trying them on. After we got out of the store, my son told me that he really liked it in there. I could not and I still cannot thank her enough for her wonderful consideration and service! Thank you so much Hannah!!!

I recently purchased a pair of work boots at the West Bend, WI location. These were the 2nd pair so 50% off. I eneded up having an issue with them after a couple of days so I ended up going back to search out another new pair. While at the store I talked with a manager about my situation & asked if they would take them as a return. She told me to bring them in to see which I did the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when they took them back & then gave the 50% off on the pair I bought the day before. I've always gone to Rogans for my work boots & now I guarantee they have a life long customer.

We went looking for shoes that were supportive and Juls was an amazing associate. She was helping another customer which after trying on the same shoes Juls helped us both and we were able to tag team. She shared a lot of valuable information and eventually helped my husband who didn't have any shoes in his size in the store. Juls called other stores and helped to transfer some in to try on for him. I would definitely recommend and if you need help, Juls was awesome!!! She deserves a huge thank you! Thanks.

I recently had a great customer service experience at the West Bend Rogan’s. Their sales person Anna was so helpful and very patient with me while she brought me about ten different pairs of shoes. She definitely went the extra mile and even got the shoes I really wanted shipped free to me within two days!! Thank you so much Anna!

My husband and I went to Rogans in West Bend to buy hiking shoes. Hannah was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and thorough! We often don’t see this kind of service these days so I had to come on here and give her an excellent review!

Fabulously attentive and knowledgable salespeople! First saleswoman reached out to help me find running shoe section. Second Saleswoman spent quite some time measuring my foot, explaining what I should look for in support for running shoe based on my measurments, pulling shoes in my price range, and watching my gait/fit in shoe. Definately made me confident in my shoe selection. Buy one get one half off (without needing to purchase the second right away or save the receipt) is a huge bonus as well.

I have bought several pairs of work boots at the West Bend store through the years and have never had a problem until the last time. I contacted Rogan's about them, instead of going through Timberland for warranty. Katelyn instructed me to bring them in with a proof of purchase. They were replaced in minutes.....absolutely incredible customer service! Definitely will be a Rogans West Bend customer again! Thank you!

Bought a pair of Keen hiking boots, bought a pair about 8 years ago and loved them. Bought this pair recently and they were comfortable in the store on their carpeting and asked if I could get the left one stretched and they told me they could, but they wouldn't be able to take them back if I tried to return them. They then lost my shoe. Then found them a couple days later. Still not an issue. The shoes are not wearable not because of the stretching but the soles are so hard and not flexible for the walking I do. My feet haven't been the same since trying to wear these boots. Never had a pair of shoes that were so rigid for walking. I almost feel they were incorrectly made. Rogan will not take them back, they are like brand new and fit fine in the store but after one day are not usable. Retired and on Soc. security, really hurts to have to take this kind of hit for a useless pair of shoes. I gave them 1 star for finding my shoes after they misplaced them.

I had a response from the owner of Rogan's shoes and he thought it would help if I contacted the manager to see if they could work out a solution to the problem I had with the shoes I bought. I didn't try to go back to them for a solution at that time since I had the shoes stretched three different times. I met with Kaitlin, the manager, and she was great, she understood my problem she found a pair of shoes that fit good and were more flexible then the ones I had bought and that were actually a hiking boot designed for some rugged hiking (which I wasn't aware of). Rogan Shoes bent over backwards to accommodate me and I am very happy at the effort they went through to satisfy me. I can't thank the owner of Rogan shoes (and especially Kaitlin) for all you did for me. I didn't expect this result at all. Thanks again.

I have never been more satisfied than I was walking out of rogans. The worker named Julia found multiple ways to show great customer service. I usually do not do reviews because the good goes unrecognized but I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at rogans and Julia. Even though the workers were running around, they still found time to help me.
