Our experience was great! We had chosen to go with another company at first but ultimately decided to switch for better service. Curtis was extremely helpful, and fast. He was friendly at all times and made us feel welcome, the other company paled in comparison.

Derek was awesome! Patty - not so much! Derek stayed late to help us get our new phones when we came in close to quitting time. He was helpful & courteous & actually made dealing with a phone company a good experience. He gets 5 stars in our book!

Curtis was very helpful in getting me all setup! Lost my phone and wanted to create my own account and Curtis did just that in speedy fashion! I was out the door in no time with a brand new phone!

Curtis was super helpful, wife lost her phone, we were traveling, found this Verizon store, and, very fortunately, Curtis was able to access the account, lock the lost phone, sell us a new phone, recover everything from the lost phone, show us how to use the newer IPhone, and all within about 30 minutes, we were back on the road and very relieved and satisfied. Again, Curtis was super helpful, efficient, and friendly.

Taylor was awesome with helping us to upgrade our phones. She even went above and beyond to get me a phone from another Verizon location as the one I wanted was no longer available to order. Great experience thanks to her friendly and knowledgeable service.

Avery was absolutely fantastic. She answered all our questions, provided us with the best options for our situation, and was pleasant the entire time. If I were to have another child, I would be tempted to name it Avery. Yeah, our experience was that grand.

I used to avoid this store at all costs but after our experience with Avery today I won't be going anywhere else. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had fast service that didn't feel rushed. Great overall experience!

I was there this past Spring and I think it was Avery who helped me. I was just passing through town but she helped me with some issues I was having with my Samsung phone. She was very helpful and if I'm in the area when my upgrade is up, I'll definitely have her find my next phone!

I needed a new phone. I went in near the end of the business day and Avery Williams was very polite and courteous. She got me in and out of there with a new phone with no hassle or any inconveniences. 10/10 would do business again.
