We’ve had Hayes plumbing out to the house several times and they always get the job done. Seth himself has been here at least four or five times. Seth is always cheerful, helpful, and very knowledgeable about what the problem is and how to fix it. I would definitely recommend them.

Not very professional at all. You call and get an answering machine with no call back until the service guy is ready, which could be the next day or whenever. SURPRISE we're here. Service people are very good and considerate. Not recommended.

Did not want to repair pipes after initial review due to non payment although he had never billed me. I call insuring payment but he still refused to finish job.
