We dealt with Jordan the whole time. He was super nice, not pushy, and very easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable, and answered every single one of our questions. He even went with us on our test drive, and was able to tell us more about the car. Best, and easiest car buying experience we've had. Only downside is he was a Lions fan :)

Staunton Chrysler is the best dealership to purchase your new or used car from in the Metro East area! Located in a rural community so you get the small town friendly service you can’t find at many of the larger city dealerships. Highly recommend! I called this location and spoke Jordan. I was inquiring about a Toyota Corolla XSE. He confirmed that the car was in stock and asked when would be a good time to come in. I was there within the next 2 hours and Jordan was very thorough with explaining the features of the vehicle. He allowed me to ask questions and answered them without coming off as "pushy" or "salesy." We took a test drive and, again, Jordan was making sure the car fit all of my needs. I spoke with the finance manager Jason and he was also great. Explained everything and answered questions honestly. Also spoke with Tristen (General Manager) and he was also great. Very thoughful approach to managing his business. The employees seem to genuinely be happy to work for him, which speaks vokumes. I also work in sales and I can assure you that everyone worked together as a team to provide a best in class cistomer exerience. I would definately recommend this location for you car buying needs.

We went to look at a car we liked. The staff was very professional and nice. We were unable to come to an agreement on price on our visit. The GM was on vacation while we visited. His follow up call and flexibility on price brought us back to make the purchase. He really made us feel like he wanted our business. The only downfall was that we had to make the 40 minute drive twice.

We went this Saturday wanting to trade my vehicle off initially and then ended up trading my vehicle and my fiancé’s vehicle off. Kevin was who worked with us and made the experience easy! Well, it took me about 2 weeks since I bought my truck from this dealership. And I'd like to put down 5 star on costumer service from sale representative Kevin, they kept it quick and simple, just one small remark I wish they could be more informative of the trucks or cars condition when it comes to small cosmetic and mechanical problems. Took a fly from utah to Illinois and they help me with 3/4 of my plane ticket and a full tank of diesel mayor plus from them. We drove truck back 1200 plus miles and I love it!!

A very pleasant experience is exactly what you want when spending thousands of dollars. I had seen a vehicle on the web page days in advance and made contact with Jim at the dealership. He kept me in the loop so I knew it from day to day if the vehicle was still available since it was going to be 3 days before I was able to get there. Luckily it was still there when I arrived. Jim was very cordial and it was an overall positive buying experience.
The vehicle was as described and they gave it a quick cleaning and detailing before we left. We paid in cash so I can't speak to the fact of financing but they do do that on site as well. This purchase was for our daughter but I would definitely be interested in returning to buy something for the wife as well.

Outstanding service from Cloise Wentler. I was recently traveling through & saw that my car said battery in my key fob was low. I found the nearest dealer, stopped in and he quickly put a new one in so I was good to continue on my trip. Even though I may never again be in this region & stop in, they took very good care of me anyway. Thanks so much for your help and great service!

I give Kevin five stars why me and my husband bought a Jeep Compass off of him and had have no trouble with it. He asks in what price range are you looking for and not saying this here vehicle would be better knowing that it would be out of our price range, gives us some to look at in our range, he is very polite. I have referred others to go there and ask for him.

We bought our new Jeep here and we were really impressed at how they made us feel. Toby brought us water and soda. She stayed with us the whole time until the very end. Kevin, another salesman/asst. Manager, dropped what he was doing to help us set up our SXM!! 5 days later w/ no appointment!! So nice and patient!! I would recommend this dealership all day long!!

Ryan O' Leary is the ultimate professional salesperson. I drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle and was not disappointed. He made sure it was ready to test drive and did not waste my time. Good inventory selection, fair prices. Their biggest asset, however, is their sales staff. Kevin assisted my wife and I in our search for a new SUV.
