Always a good experience going into the locally owned Ace Hardware. They have customer service like nobody else.The employees are kind and willing to help. They also know their products!! Great place for all things hardware. Great job ACE!

Your typical old school down town hardware store! Best spot in town!
They have everything you need, from odds and ends like that hard to find nut, bolt and washer to power tools. Even burlap for growing grass plus grass seed in bulk!
They also have a remarkable rewards program!

A great place to go, especially if you need that one little part for that one thing. Somehow, you'll find it there.

The lawn mower repair shop person was great and informative. The sales clerk was very helpful describing the different features on the battery lawnmowers. Made the purchase easy.

Kitz & Pfeil is a downtown essential. It's nice to support a more local business with a quality selection of quality tools and hardware. It's as much fun to wander the aisles looking at some of the items less common at big box stores and to chat with the wonderful staff. It's a go-to place for me.

All of the staff is amazing. Kelly in the hardware department just blows my mind, she can always find the right screw for us. Dan is very helpful and super professional. This is my hometown hardware store.

Not much available for lumber, but I got what I needed. They had no problem cutting it down for me. All the employees were friendly and helpful. This was my 3rd stop today and I was ready to give up. Always go to Ace, other hardware stores can't compare.

It is a great place to find odd items. I needed a small pot for a succulent that I had received as a gift. I went to many of the other big name stores but I couldn't find what I wanted until I went to Kitz.

There is a little bit of everything in this store from supplies for weekend projects to some house hoold goods and garden supplies. The staff is also always happy to offer help and advice from their own evepeonce.

Excellent customer service. I wanted a certain model of a grill that was out of stock at the Oshkosh location. They transferred me to a different location and had it delivered to Oshkosh so I could pick it up. Saved me a lot of time because I also asked for a few accessories to add to the order. They even brought it out to my car! I was very happy that i shopped local.

I have shopped ace stores around the US. I have never found a single store that didn't provide excellent customer service. It's important for novice DIYers to have the personal service, knowledge, and attention to each customer. I go out of my way to seek out an Ace whenever I need expert advice or specific hardware. Rented a generator while our power was out. Got what we needed and they helped load and unload as well. Friendly staff and great selection of products to rent.

They had the sliding patio door wheels that I needed for my 50 year-old doors. I was very happy about that.

They are the icon of Oshkosh. Personal service from a lady who had been there 30 years. That tells you right there it's a good store. If you can't find it elsewhere, kitz & Phil will have it!

Great selection of hardware! Sometimes I need a part that I can only order online but I can't wait for that. If Kitz & Pheil don't have the part, they have the stuff there to make it! The employees are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
