Such a huge variety of beer, cheese and.meats - especially sausages. They alternate between 100 different saysage recipes and I'd want to try them all. They also have spices, rubs, sauces and jams. Super friendly folks too.

Great quality, great people. Oshkosh is lucky to have this market. Have the butchers cut 2 inch chops and smoke on Big Green Egg. Spectacular

Brat and beer selection is unbelievable, and I always end up finding something else that I didn't even know I needed. Service is great, and it's super clean. What's not to love?

I have never been so blown away by a little shop to have that many varieties of spirits, beers, food, treats etc! Came in here today to buy some raw salmon and tuna for homemade sushi but also walked away with new beer and some mini dill pickle vodka shots to toss into a bloody!

If you want a craft beer variety then this is your place. So many local brews are featured here, as well as ciders, wine, & spirits. They have a great meat selection, deli, and some baked goods. So many unique food/drink options. Stop in & check it out.

Quite the market. If you need or want some beer or booze or meat, this is the place to come. There are more options than you can imagine. And that's just the start of the things they have. Fresh deli items and cooler full of cheeses. It was hard to limit ourselves.

My absolute favorite shop in Oshkosh! Everything is high quality and a lot is local. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, their ready made food is delicious and their brat are delicious.on top of it all they have the best craft beer selection in town. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. Anytime someone visits from out of town we go here at least once.

Great place to get fresh meat. Big selection of brats that are so delicious. You never go to the grocery store to buy brats again.

There is just no place on earth that produces brats like Wagner's. I love the hungarian brats. Tried many of their flavors and they are all good. This market is beautiful inside....they sell high quality products making you wish you lived next door so u could get all the retail therapy that you need right there lol

This meat market is simply awesome. From beef to bison to elk meat. Meat sticks, cheeses, sauces, and beer. Slightly pricier than your regular grocery but definitely higher quality and worth it. Highest quality all around. Got a huge pork shoulder for my smoker grill and made the best pulled pork. The bison I made burgers with was excellent. I also got bison meat sticks and they are delicious.

My review might just be a bit unconventional. I went in today to get raw meaty bones for my partial raw fed dog, and had the absolute best experience! I’m almost always leery about mentioning that my dog is raw fed, because he’s also my service dog. Today I was met with no judgment, but was given understanding on why I chose raw bones over the cooked/smoked bones that splinter. I want to thank you the absolutely amazing experience I received today. I will definitely be in more for supplies for him.

Wow, nice assortment of Boar's Head meat and cheeses. More varieties of craft beer than you can shake a hipster at. If you love beer, meat and cheese you've found the best place in Oshkosh right here at Wagner Market. Also a great place to find local rubs for your smoking and barbecuing pleasure.

I absolutely love this place. We love bringing family and friends form out of town to pick out some craft beer. Their meats are always the best quality and there are so many brats and stuffed chicken flavors to try!

Fantastic selection of beers, ciders, seltzers, etc. I have never been a fan of brats, but they convinced me to try one of theirs (pineapple teriyaki brat), and it definitely did not disappoint! I will definitely be trying some other flavors of their brats.

Great selection of freshly butchered meat, premade meals (salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, pizzas) and snacks, plus tons of wine and craft beer. Love this store. The croquettes are a must!

Absolutely Fantastic! So many specialty food items. Amazing selections of beer and wine. The Flatbread pizzas looked amazing. Huge cheese selection.

Very friendly staff. And very knowledgeable.
