Jefferson Park Apartments

I lived there for 2 years and really loved living there. Beautiful view of lake Winnebago right outside your door. The apartment itself was clean with quite a bit of storage for the size. Wall unit air conditioner, but it works great at pumping out the cool air.
A wonderful landlord who doesn't just treat you as a number/money, but as family. Anytime I had any issues she promptly took care of it.
I had no issues with my apartment in the time I lived there so I cannot speak to maintenance.
A negative would be that there was no access to laundry that I could tell. There are a few laundromats very close by though so that made it feasible in my opinion.
The other tenants were all very nice. Anytime I needed help with something random someone was willing to lend a hand. Expect to be welcomed into the fold. None made me feel uneasy and I felt safe living there.
Overall I enjoyed my time living there, and if I ever moved back to the area I would live there again.

Very friendly landlord and quick reacting maintenance. Landlord was very helpful with the situation I was in and was willing to work with me until the issue was resolved. Clean apartments with good appliances inside. Really can't beat the price for a one bedroom apt. locally. Only downside I saw was that there was no access to laundry machines on site, but there are a few laundry mats nearby. Friendly neighbors be ready to be accepted into a family mentality.

I loved living here. The manager was very nice and professional. The maintenance fixed any problem I had right away. I enjoyed living across from Lake Winnebago. I liked most of the residents.

I really like the Apartment, staff was very friendly, they answered all my questions, the Apartment that I looked at was nice and clean! I filled out a application and I found out two days later that, I had the Apartment and now I'm loving it!

Used to stay here 3 yrs ago and was worst apartments in all fox valley. Recently visited friend here and was pleasantly surprised. Good job management. Maybe you can help with park across street now cause I still smell dead fish and saw 3 pigs drive thru it.

Decently located but not easy to get to. Maintenance is mediocre and security is low.
