Good place for Cheddar Bay Biscuits, Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp and Sunset Passion Colada Cocktails. The Wagyu Bacon Cheeseburger wasn't bad, and the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake is a sweet finish to a meal. Our server, B.K., was courteous and attentive to our needs.

Been a minute since I had last dined at Red lobster. But after this outing I believe I'm going to return. First off our server was the best. Very knowledgeable and never felt

Our server’s name was Chyanne. I ordered the Yucatán tilapia and shrimp (YUMMY!!!!!!’)

Chyanne was put through her paces on trying to interpret and place an food order. We frankly give Chyanne all (4 of us) 8 thumbs up!!👍

Red Lobster is a very busy on purpose, why? There are lots of food options nearby and Red Lobster has mastered the fine dinning art on delivering great food!!!!!

Lastly, Red Lobster’s team kept their high customer service standards of providing their guest with an outstanding eating experience.

Bottomline, Red Lobster is a great place to bring your family to eat a nice nutritious meal! Great job Red Lobster

Food was amazing. Always.
Used the mobile app. Not perfect. Sent me to the browser. Which makes the app only useful for rewards. The text messaging service that lets me know that my food will be ready was not useful. Everything else. 5 ⭐

My Mother's first restaurant outing since my father passed. She ordered one of her favorite meals: Lobster, Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes and Cole Slaw! She's doing better since his passing and our excursion to Red Lobster this week helped her focus on living her life again. Thank you to all the great folks that served us and showed such kindness. You were unaware of our loss but your service brightened our day! BTW: the food was delicious too!

Last time I was at Red Lobster here in Paducah the food just wasn't that great. This time it was all excellent

Rodger keeps us coming back! Fast service and great food. He’s the best waiter we’ve had anywhere! Interacts with us and makes us laugh. He always has a smile on his face! Thank you for always giving us a great experience.

Delicious endless shrimp & Angel was a great waitress that took care of us.

The food was great. The server Bri was awesome and very attentive

The food was just right. I got the Admiral's Feast platter with whitefish, shrimp, fried clams and scallops. Was more than I could eat. The waiter was polite and very helpful. Restaurant was clean and peaceful.

In my experience Red lobster is a great restaurant. We received prompt attention. The staff were lovely and helpful. The drinks were amazing. The food was delicious highly recommend. Sincerely Mrs peck

Service was slow, for not being busy, but the food was delicious, and our server was very kind. Visited during shrimp and lobster fest.

I ate all you can eat shrimp for $20.00. The shrimp were jumbo or extra large & there were 6 choices of different shrimp dishes plus two sides. I was able to order 3 different shrimp dishes at a time to eat. They were all declious. I was actually surprised how good it was. Next to the great tasting food, my server, Nickie, was outstanding! Very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, & helpful. Treated me with respect despite I was only a single customer. Usually servers would prefer larger parties of people. This is the second time I had Nickie as my server. She well earned the more than 20% tip left her.

We went there for lunch and we had our food in about 6 minutes. No lie. It was pretty good we had pretty much the whole place to ourselves. Lunch menu is a really good deal. We will be back again!

We had the best waitress Wednesday , March 15, 2023, 11:30. We had a table of 9 ladies. I was so busy talking that I did not get her name. She was so sweet and patient with us! Everyone seemed to love their lunch. I had a bit of an upset stomach so I only had a baked potato top with bits of what was suppose to be Lobster. I really appreciate our waitress professionalism and knowledgeable of the menu. With so many of us I expected slow service but that was not the case! Having a great dining experience is not always about the food it’s the full experience and Wednesday lunch was a solid 5 star ⭐.

My food was ready when the app said it would be. The hostess was great! And I didn't have to wait. I was in and out in under 6 minutes!

Red Lobster is a splurge for me. The steak and snow crabs were great. The waitstaff was great too.

They got rid of the crab Alfredo but all the food was delicious winter is a great server she needs a raise
