Love this store, I always find everything I need

Dominic was so helpful, he saw my mother and I in the parking lot trying to load gravel into our truck and graciously offered to help and loaded it faster than we could’ve. Great customer service!!

I buy too much stuff from here…

Good fireplace was very reasonable considering that it's digital and has automatic time & degree settings!

One of the best Menards I have shopped in. Very friendly helpful staff especially Taylor. Clean store well organized & great deals too!!!

Great selection & also if you need to buy or refill a propane tank they have you covered! New tanks are $29.99+tax (empty) & to fill new tank or refill existing tank its $18.99.

Shelves are full and neatly organized. The ladies bathroom was also extremely clean. The staff on the floor is helpful & knowledgeable about merchandise, as well as where to find it. Would recommend this store to anyone. I've been in this store on numerous occasions & it has been a pleasurable experience.

Our local Bradley IL Menards is one of our favorite places to go to as a family. Whether we are simply getting out of the house with our two boys to daydream about our next projects, filling up on household cleaners and detergent during the 11% sales, or needing some expert advice on materials, this is definitely the place to be.
I have noticed that many Illinois and Indiana Menards have their own official Instagram accounts to follow, and I hope our Bradley location follows in suit! It would be awesome to tag our own store when bragging about our DIY projects we accomplished only with the aid and materials found at our own Bradley IL Menards!
It would also be a great way to brag about the upcoming new store they plan to build!

Really helpful and friendly staff. Although the guy in the "lights /chandelier" department wasn't really helpful. I asked him some questions regarding a product. He didn't even bother to help me further examine the product I was interested in. He just pointed me to it without opening the (unsealed) box to at least check things out for me. If he had opened the box, he could've answered the few questions I had regarding the product. His response was "I have absolutely no idea" while walking off from where I stood.

It's always such a great convenience to have full understanding about a product before purchasing it so that you are less than likely to return or exchange it. Other than my customer service experience with that guy, every other employee was very friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing a great product. I really really enjoy the quality of it along with the price. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience at this location. Will definitely recommend to a friend :)
Note: Paid twice as much at O'Reilly's for similar LED product and the one that I purchased from here is way more vivid and multifunctional.

We always shop the 11% rebate sale. We always have another project to use it on!

Surprised that we were able to find so many camping it's here. It's nice to see it and not have to run anywhere else!

Our Menards is one of my favorite places to go for snacks, and to just walk around and dream of new bathrooms, kitchens, floors, etc. for my house. The people there haven’t so far told me no when I’ve asked them to help me find a fitting or bolt, or pet much anything I’ve needed help finding. I love my local Menards!

Very helpful employee--Dawn, helped me tonight. Showed me to several areas of the store, viewed photos of what I needed, and couldnt be more helpful.

Always very clean and well staffed. There's always a friendly associate nearby that can help me find something if I can't find it on my own. Prices are competitive.

They have everything you want and need here. From groceries to patios. The prices are decent too.

My husband and I had to rent a truck to haul some lumber from them because my Husbands truck was needed by a family member. They were very kind and explained things to us that left us with no questions!

I have a compliment for a Young guy named Jason that helped me in the blinds/shades aisle tonight. I needed a couple shades trimmed down and he was there to help. I know it is a standard thing anyone in that dept should be able to do, but as a person that works with my hands every day it was refreshing to see a young guy that was skilled with using his tools when I've seen so many young people today kind of fumble through tasks.
