Harbor Freight Tools

I've never had a problem with the employees at this store not willing to help someone. They are also willing to admit they aren't experts, but are glad to help the best they can. They also try to help you get a coupon for about every purchase if they can. They also do a pretty good job about keeping the shelves stocked.

We had a great experience at Harbor Freight. Our cashier, Penny, did a great job of customer service. We would shop here again if we lived here.

I love this place, it's not all top of the line or name brand pricey stuff. There are decent tools and accessories that work just as well as the stuff that costs almost twice as much. I've never had a problem with anything I've bought there, but then again I don't buy the junk stuff they have, I get the well built things they have.*WARNING there are some things in this store that aren't worth buying so buyer beware, my opinion anyway. If you know what you want and work within the ratings of the tool then your good.

Great price for good tools, friendly staff, they always ask if I found everything I needed, if not they try to find it. Quality of tools has really gotten alot better lately, but still kept the cost low. Highly recommended

I love Harbor freight. Yeah they have cheap tools. But you can buy better quality there. They have a variety. Everything has lifetime warranty. Can't be beat.

Love this place. Great prices, you can get just about anything here. I just look at stuff, I love lights for the porch, my husband loves tools. Can't beat the prices for sure!

If you know what you need and make use of the coupons it can be a great shopping experience. Today I needed AA batteries and a tape measure. The batteries were on sale from $8 (24 pack alkaline) and with the coupon took it down to $4.99. The 25' tape measure was free with its coupon. Helpful and pleasant employees and a well designed store.

Its great for small things. Wouldnt buy power tools here if you're a professional. But for a DIY project, absolutely. The tools are not junk by any means, they just are not on the same level as the big brands.

Tools? What handy person doesn't need more tools. I have been shopping at Harbor Freight Tools ever since I discovered them many many years ago while on a trip to Las Vegas Nevada and I needed a special tool to fix something I needed to repair while on vacation. They had the tool i needed and at a reasonable price. Oh, bye the way, I still have and use that tool from almost 15 years ago. I recommend Harbor Freight Tools.

Only negative is spend more than I plan on. Not because everything is expensive, quite the opposite. I just find so much stuff I need and at a great price I have to buy it!

Great tools at a fraction of the price! I was a little skeptical at first because of the "brand names" they carry. But I've never had an issue with anything yet.
