We used Jenni and Journey’s to book our honeymoon in November of 2021. Jenni was absolutely amazing and found everything we wanted and made it possible for our honeymoon experience. This was my husbands first time out of the country and if it wasn’t for Jenni’s efforts I know we wouldn’t have had the experience that we had, without her. She got us the best deal for everything we wanted. We later conspired prices just for the heck of it and we’re happy to know that she got us the best deal that we could find. We loved our honeymoon resort so much that we plan to go back for our 1st Anniversary. (You’ll be hearing from us soon!) If you are considering using Jenni, I know you won’t be disappointed. We stayed at Live Aqua in. Cancun, Mexico.

Jeni and Journeys Travel helped me and my group of friends book the best vacation I have ever been on. We traveled from Dubai to Mauritius to South Africa and had a complicated setup with multiple members of the group joining for certain parts of the trip and each person booking the trip from different city in the United States. Jeni was able to coordinate our flights for us and be there when the airlines had any hiccups. Each leg of the trip was even better than the last. We had seamless airport transfers with personal drivers to take us from point A to B. The Tour guides that Jeni booked were passionate and well-educated about their country, as well as flexible/accommodating and willing to go the extra step to make sure our group got the best photos, experiences, and fun. By far my favorite part of the trip that Jeni planned for us was the Safari in South Africa. The resort exceeded my expectations in luxury, customer care, food, and overall high quality experience. I'm so grateful to have had Jeni help me and my friends book such a wonderful trip, I'm certain we wouldn't have had as great of an experience had we been left to our own planning.

Journeys Travel is a hidden gem and we are so glad to have found Jeni and her company. We used her services for our destination wedding in Cancun on 7-7-19 at the Hyatt Ziva and it was better then what we had hoped for. She was easy to work with and very understanding. We used her to book our one 1yr anniversary at the Hyatt Ziva again and as soon as we found out that they where opening on 7/1/2020 we reached out to Jeni the week before and she was able to find us the best rate and confirmed with the hotel to get our 1 free night within a couple of days of us flying out. She was also very comforting in making sure we had all the information needed to feel safe while traveling during COVID-19. We felt very safe at the airport and the hotel. The Ziva is taking all the precautions needed to make sure the guests and staff are safe. Our kids have booked with Jeni recently and friends have been reaching out to us for their trips. My wife and I love Jeni and we can't wait to book our next trip with her.

Planning our Mexican trip to our cousins wedding with the help of Journeys travel and in specific Jeni was so easy, headache free during times of covid is just priceless. Jeni, Thank you does not show the gratitude, exceptional and professionalism you extended to our family during our trip up until our return trip from the Dream Natura Resort. You were very detailed, responsive, always kept in contact in regards to our trip, what was required or answered any questions. In fact, you came in to save the day with my last minute changes with my request to have my accommodations upgraded last minute and provided with additional hotel/airport transfers due to an additional person. You provided seemless service and my family was so happy and nonetheless felt safe and secure. The welcome party, wedding, reception, after party, pool party, and all the in betweens and accommodations were amazing. Everyone could see how much detail and hard work was put behind this. Truly breath taking. Everyone had an amazing experience and you made the bride and groom look like Rockstars. I traveled as a guest to a destination wedding and Jeni had every detail planned for everyone. Itineraries, transportation, decorations, etc. she was responsive, helpful and the wedding was absolutely beautiful. 100% recommend!!

Multiple delayed replies (2 weeks to a month), ignored messages, and finally, due to all of that, original quote was conveniently no longer available and a new one was to be presented, but never attached. Also, ignored requests to talk on the phone.

Contacted Jeni Chaffer for a consultation to plan a family vacation. After we spoke she said she would get back to me with some options the following week. I sent two follow up emails and left a message after not hearing from her for 2 weeks. Very unprofessional and disappointing…….

I find it funny that it takes a bad review to finally get a response. There is no email from your company, also checked my spam folder. Not to mention when I last emailed you on Friday you never even responded that you had sent something?????? Or how about when I left a message , no call back. Absolutely zero communication from my phone consult until now(2 weeks later).
