Palermo Pizza & Subs

What an amazing place!!! This shop is lovingly run by a local family since 1990!!! They always shown me nothing but kindness and courtesy. We chat every time like old friends. The food is amazing but make sure you tell them how spicy you can handle your curry!!! Try everything! The menu is so varied! I recommend the Stromboli stuffed with veggies! The pan is excellent as well. Keep up the good work and I look forward to when I visit again!!

Palermo's for the win tonight. That all meat Stromboli.... oh.... my....goodness. super cheesy, freshly toasted, very filling. The thin crust pizza is perfection. Super friendly owners! You definitely need to try this place atleast once. It will not disappoint! 😋

Just stumbled on this place and not only was the staff so nice and helpful, the food is amazing, tasteful, and such a great price. You definitely get your money’s worth. Not from around here but will be back to visit! Highly recommend! Sorry about the pic, I took it after we ate most of it. Lol

Went there once to check about halal food.didn’t find it but we ordered vegetable pizzas. This couple is offered us to cook anything if we bring meat or so.

Pizza was delicious, and the owner included extra Samosa on my order.

These guys are the real deal, and their food shows it.

Really good pizza and calzone. All homemade bread and crusts. Small family run business down to earth and good hearted. Definitely will return.

A true hidden gem in Macomb!! Some of the best Chicken Curry that I have eaten! I was greeted by a very nice young man who let me customize the level of spice in my curry. I highly recommend this local restaurant for Indian cuisine. Their Stromboli is top notch as well!!! Please take the time to visit this wonderful eatery.

Good people have visited this place when we are in town. Family owned. Fresh bread, good flavor. . Stromboli's are excellent.

Disclaimer; I haven’t been to this location in 10 years, when they first opened. But I’m overjoyed they’re still going with such a fantastic rating on Google, because the Palermo’s I knew deserved Jt.

Sitting at another pizza place 500 miles away I thought back to Palermo Pizza and remembered that they were the hidden gem of Macomb, a secret I would share with my friends and family. They started in Colchester, not far away, but moved to the “big city” and after the years finding they’re still kicking fills me with joy and is only a testament to their quality.

There’s not much that is as strong of a testament to quality in our tiny towns as time, but this pizzeria has survived the decades with accolades.

I love their pizza! Giant sizes for great prices. I also like their sandwiches. I have their gyros a lot and they are good. Everything is made from their own personal bread they make. I would extremely recommend for everyone to support the small family restaurant.

Best pizza and sandwiches in Macomb!

Fantasic subs, pizza was awesome, had the lamb curry a few weeks ago. Absolutely delicious. Every time we stop in the whole family comes out to say hi to our now 8 month old son. Great place and wonderful people.

Excellent food, love the variety. It's great to have these choices and flavors locally. I get Stromboli half the time, and otherwise a curry with the best naan bread.

I come from Utah once a year to visit Macomb and every year, I make sure to stop at Palermo's. They have the most delicious HUGE sub sandwiches at a great price. They are made on homemade bread that is delicious! The restaurant is always very clean. It is by far better than Subway and Jimmie John's -- the two chains on the same street. Great food!

Great service and great food. Anything and I mean anything on the menu is bound to taste good (except for maybe the mozzarella sticks).The wait wasn’t too long and they even have a 50¢ pool table
